— The first time I saw Big Austin Creek I was smitten — kinda like how you feel when you first fall in love. I searched for a year until I found the sweetest spot with views up and down the creek. The setting is a sunny and private waterfront opening in the coastal forest. The ½ acre property is graced with a pebble beach and 600-​year-​young redwoods. Guests LOVE this place and return year after year. Chances are you’ll come to think of it as your own dreamy getaway — and maybe even your new back yard!

I must have been an innkeeper in a previous life because I love stewarding this tranquil retreat for folks who want to slow down, reconnect with nature, and share intimate time with a loved one. We’ve given special attention to creating a calming atmosphere with extra touches that offer you an ongoing sense of «Greeting.» The goal is to delight guests by offering a peaceful respite from the Hurly-​Burly of the fast-​paced urban scene.
