Our emphasis is on the investigation and location of assets, and accomplishing revenue recovery for victims of crime that have been ordered to be paid restitution by an order of the Superior Court by a criminal defendant.

Many times, the criminal defendant is remiss in paying as required. We help to overcome that.

Sometimes the governmental agency required by the Superior Court to collect the restitution for the victim is unsuccessful, understaffed, under-​budgeted, etc., etc., for any number of reasons or excuses. We help them focus their attention on your loss.

The question all victims should be asking is «If I have been ordered restitution by the Superior Court, and I am not getting paid, then why not?»

Meet the Business Owner

Michael O.

Business Owner

Retired from a CA law enforcement agency where he conducted collection activity and performed financial investigations of criminal debtors to facilitate the recovery of revenue court ordered as restitution while supervising the revenue recovery team. Annually achieved millions of dollars in revenue successfully collected on criminal debt, where before employing his methods and techniques, there was little to brag about.

Now a licensed private investigator, he specializes in helping victims that fail to be made whole by the usual methods and practices of the regular «system». He offers a very focused restitution management service to victims at a level of attention few public agencies can or will devote their resources to match.
