Just rented a storage unit at location in Cave Creek, but since that office was closed, had to set it all up at the Black Mountain Parkway location. Just wanted to say Carla, the manager, was super-​helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I spent the next few hours loading up the 2nd floor unit at Cave Creek. The lift worked great, there was a rolling cart to use, and even though I was alone and worked into the night, I felt very safe and secure. The unit we rented and the halls were all very clean.
I am happy we chose to rent our storage unit from these folks!

I thought I was dealing with a great company unitl I needed to leave. They closed their office early and I was unable to close the unit in person. I e-​mailed the coorporate office listed on their letter head asking how to close the unit via e-​mail, telephone, or fax.
I never heard from them so I called. Then I was informed very rudely that I was to pay prorated storage on an empty unit, had to return a lock I paid for, and had to fly 2600 miles to close my account.
What an incompetent company and frustrating experience.
