The ATM at this in-​store location is the most personable representative of Chase there. If you need to conduct actual banking, I highly recommend you go to a real branch or another bank all together. I have attempted to use this branch for notary services and business accounts with poor results. I have personally experienced issues with «Andrea» refusing to notarize a document and citing a ridiculous bank policy. I also found others that have reported the same frustration. There are other banks nearby that will gladly assist you with notary services and provide much more personable service.
