you know what? this star is just based upon the phone call I made to make a reservation to stay at one of their cabins. Didn’t make it past the first minute because it was the most unprofessional and rude phone call I’ve had in this circumstance.
It went as follows:
Oakes Motel Rep, «Hello» … silence
Me, «hello? Um, is this the Oakes Motel?»
Rep «uh huh»
me, «ok, well, um»
Rep, «YES?»
me, «yeah, nevermind»
They obviously don’t strive for customer service or are unfamiliar as to what that is. And their cabins looked dark and dank in their website’s photos. Tweetybird cabin anyone?
