Abraham’s service was excellent and friendly. Re keyed 5 locks quickly and efficiently.

I have worked along side this company and they are very professional and clean. The customer was very happy with the service. Very highly recommended.

I called for a vacation renter that had locked himself out; the guy who answered said he was busy but would call an associate (I believe Jake) to see if he could do it. I gave him my address and number and waited 5 minutes. No one called back.
I then retained a different locksmith. Meantime, WITHOUT EVER TALKING TO ME Jake goes over to the residence and starts working. He unlocks the door and then calls me and wants 90 bucks. I said «I never even spoke to you» and he says «yeah but I left you messages.: WTF? I had been on the phone the whole time dealing with other locksmiths and the renter himself. I had to cancel the other job – real weird and stressful.
Two stars because he showed up and did the job. No stars for being a dick.

We managed to lock ourselves out of the house, with all our one sided deadbolts secured on every exterior door.
Jake met as right on time in 112 degree heat and had us inside in minutes. He even put a key lock on our patio slider so we shouldn’t be able to be in this spot again.
He was done in a hurry and worth every penny. If you need a locksmith, call Jake. Great service!

Called these guys for some locksmith work, I was locked out of my house with my baby puppy inside the home. Frightened thinking I had to break a window to get In now, I called the guys at jakes locksmith! Came on time, Abraham was the technician that came out, extremely nice, opened my door with a blink of an eye, offered different services, extremely friendly. Price was definitely better than any other locksmith I called around the desert… I will for sure remember the guys at jake! And thanks to the staff, they opened my lock, got to service on time with no problems… Two thumbs up!

The service from Abraham at Jake’s was terrific! He was friendly, prompt and well spoken and took care of the job immediately.
We felt the rates were very reasonable and would definitely use them again.
They are very accessible and they know their stuff!

$ 70 for a 1-​minute service? That’s crazy, I could’ve got a year of AAA for that.
That’s more than I spent on the groceries in my trunk locked with my keys! UGH.
Next time you should mention prices while on the phone with your customer.
Also, not even giving a care about my uncle working for you for several years, was pretty rude. I thought to call you first for a reason.
Service wise, was good. Got to where I was fast & got job done fast.

Just bought a place in Palm Springs… was a dingbat and left the keys to my storage unit in Seattle. Called Jake’s as it had good reviews on Unilocal; and I wasn’t disappointed. Both Jake and the locksmith sent out were polite and professional. The locksmith was *early* to our appointment (how often does a contractor arrive on time, let alone early??)
It wasn’t cheap; but; I think it was pretty much industry standard; it was my own dang fault for forgetting my keys. Job completed within an hour of my phone call.
