I was so glad to find Natalya after weeks of hearing crickets from the Bay Area web development community. Unlike the other developers I reached out to, Natalya responded quickly to my request for a quote. I found her to be patient, receptive, punctual, professional, and highly skilled in her area of expertise (building out WordPress sites within a flexible template). She provides a top notch solution for business owners like myself who boast a modest $ 3-​$ 5k budget and just want something simple with visual impact. A rare find in these parts. Here are a few more reasons why I thoroughly enjoyed our collaboration:
1. Natalya’s estimate procedures, contract and pricing schedule were all very good. They expressed clear parameters while leaving me, the customer, enough flexibility to push my project forward at a pace that worked for me. I was able to refer to these documents time and again to chart our progress and to remind myself what the goals were at each benchmark. As someone who has only limited experience with the web development pipeline I found this very handy.
2. Natalya strikes a good balance between being flexible and accommodating while politely and effectively explaining the limits of the technology. This is a must for a web professional.
3. Natalya is a skilled WordPress technician. Once our website was built she spent 3 hours (Wow! What service!) on Skype showing my assistant and me how to navigate behind the scenes, trade out images, post articles, etc. During that tutorial I noticed that Natalya had manually manipulated the administrative interfaces within Wordpress to suit my needs. Awesome.
4. Natalya is highly patient & professional. Due to my insane/​unpredictable work schedule as the owner of a growing small business, I sometimes lagged in submitting important media or getting back to her with feedback on the latest design. Then, because I’m an artist and designer myself, my feedback was often intense. I over-​reached in my requests frequently (see #2)! Natalya rolled with all of it.
Natalya is the perfect fit for a small business looking to create a simple, easy to maintain, easy to navigate web presence. As another reviewer mentioned, she is a breath of fresh air.

My company decided to go with Natalya for a complete re-​design of our old website. She provided a fresh direction for the project. She also was very understanding of our somewhat shifting goals as the project developed. She worked with us through the continuous changes I threw at her and was very fair with her rates. All work was completed on schedule and beyond satisfaction! I would highly recommend Natalya for your next web project.

We hired Natalia to develop a WordPress website and custom E-​commerce module. After I had requested an intake interview, we agreed upon a course of design and development. The initial intake interview was tepid, Natalya did not ask any of the typical questions, such as determining our company’s communucation style, the feel of the site required, our company’s mission statement, our product breadth, how we intend to be positioned among our competitors, etc. I had to instigate and provide the majority of this information.
When we received the first design concept from Natalia, I had 3 members of our team look at it, and it was so off the mark and poorly done that we decided to terminate Natalia immediately.
Upon discussing our disappointment with the work, I had asked Natalia if she would consider reducing or discounting her bill. The response I received was, «I expect to be paid for the work I have done».
This type of rigidity coupled with he poorly done work earns no less than 1 star. Bad intake interview, bad design, bad billing policy.

Natalya was responsive, efficient, has an excellent sense of design, and listens very well. She was a pleasure to work with. We are very pleased with the result.

A Breath of Fresh Air…
Finally a real web designer has been found. I have nothing but great things to say about Sierra Image Works and Natalya Brandt.
I have been on the hunt for almost a year now for a company to build me a straight forward easy to use website. Before I found Natalya my company had worked with a few other designers and it always seemed like we were coming up with the look and feel of the site, we were trying to trouble shoot problems, which was very frustrating because we were paying them to do these things.
Finally we found Natalya and she immediately took a hold of the situation and helped bring the project to the finish. There were problems that we ran into during the design phase, as all projects have, but Natalya always found a solution before we had a chance to offer our opinions.
We liked Natalya so much we immediately gave her a second contract and once again she delivered flawlessly. I recommend Natalya and Sierra Image Works to all of my business associates and friends. Their plans and pricing are as competitive as anybody, but her problem solving skills are priceless.
