History

Established in 2010.

Selling– Birthed through the economic crash, I learned to produce sellable properties in one of the most difficult real estate markets in bay area history.

I had a hand in sixty difficult sales between 2010 – 2013. If you have a problem, I hope to have a solution. This year my higher end sales have beaten their original 2005 high market price!

Buying– Out of the sixty above, I purchased half and produced a HIGH profit margin. In the economic housing boom when my clients couldn’t find a home to purchase alone, we got one together!

Hello! So, about me…

I grew up in the suburbs of Hayward, homeschooled for all of my pre-​college days, and greatly enjoyed working at the Hayward Plunge as a LifeGuard for seven years!

Though my family blessed me in the arena of working hard and saving, I noticed a big part was missing… After taking the initiative, I went on humanitarian work to multiple countries. In another seven year span I was blessed to be part of trips to Mexico (10 times), Russia (2 times), Ethiopia (once), and Malawi (2 times).

After seeing a gaping hole of a need, I’ve decided to dedicate not only my life but my business into a extension of who I am. Every sale has funds allotted to supporting those who aren’t, and hope to one day grow the business to support private non-​profits in needy countries.

Life is short, and I would love to multiply myself through others!

Very impressed with Stephen and his attentive attitude to my pessimistic attention to small detail. He is caring, patient, and truly one of a kind! I loved how quickly he always got back to me when I left him voicemails and sent him messages. There were many meetings where he would stay longer than we planned for just to make sure I was happy with everything we discussed. It showed me how important his work is to him, but more importantly, the lengths he will go for his clients. I recommend Stephen on any given day and plan to stay in touch with him for future referrals to friends!

What to say about Stephen? First, who can’t help but notice his «can do» attitude in many aspects of life. When faced with a challenge, big or small, he comes up with a solution that is not only creative but also efficient. Not only that but he’s the one you can call when in need of assistance or advice professonally. He also takes his work very seriously, becomes extremely knowledgeable about what he is doing to provide the best service to his clients (though I have not been a client I have had a few conversations about the whole real estate thing and it’s blatantly obvious he knows what he’s doing). I would have to say though that the best part is that he is personable, and always growing but stays professional as well. You’re definitely in good hands with this guy!

Hard to find real estate agents who are both good at what they do and who model integrity. We had (and are continuing to have) a great experience with Stephen.
