Restore & Rework is a collective of artists and junkers for the home and garden. We rescue neglected pieces, paint furniture, craft jewelry using recycled materials and vintage hardware, and bring you found unique objects. Previously open once a month now open everyday (except Mondays) come and see what we have created, painted, cleaned, Restored and Reworked. 1000 square foot studio, brick building, concrete floors and roll up door crammed with treasures you can call your own. History
Established in 2010.
My business started out as a hobby of mine. June, 2010 I began by building my first birdhouse and then another, a bench and then a table using recycled wood and rusty pieces. Before I knew it I had enough inventory to sell at my first market. Castro Valley Farmers Market was my first event. Soon after I began to add vintage pieces to my inventory and expanded my market exposure to include Vintage, Antique and Flea markets. Mid 2011 I outgrew my home based business and found a spot to grow my business in a warehourse space. To assist with the payment of the lease I decided to have a one day show each month and invite my customer base. Now open everyday for your convenience (closed Mondays).
