This place has ruined by sleep for the last 2 years!!! Just don’t buy a bed here please don’t. They don’t have a bed here that will do you any good. They are sales people they are trained to sell you things that you don’t need and Rolf will go back and forth with you to tell you that he didn’t force you to buy anything by do yourself a favor and do not buy a bed here. Save your money and buy a reputable bed that will really help you sleep.

This place is nice and helpful only bad thing is if u pass ur due date on ur payment they hound u like if u was never going to pay them what u owe, me personally have had a medical issue and have been in the hospital for a while now and funny thing is I have spoken to them about it and they are like bounty hunters going to ur home to look for u like I said as if u were never going to pay them what u owe !!! Geesh seems like all they care about is getting that money all the mean time I’m still in the hospital so if u read this Buddy’s associate lay off you’ll get ur payment when I get discharged !!!

I have to give 4 stars on this experience!
Would have been 5 stars but NOBODY GREETED ME as soon as I walked inside the door.
SALES MISTAKE 101: If you don’t greet they may not buy!
I was later welcomed by Ericka as I approached the counter. She was NICE, COURTEOUS, and HELPFUL.
5.5 Stars for her!
The Manager was also the same: 5.5 Stars for his service.
Found the price I was looking for although I found the couch for $ 211 cheaper elsewhere.
HOWEVER,

Went there for Payment options and delivery.
I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THEM, and I DID but my referral had terrible service.
They weren’t even greeted.
Work on that, and I would GIVE YOU 5 STARS!!!

Took about 5 minutes to be greeted. Could do way better with with customer service. The manager of the stated my living area was outside of the delivery all while a women before me lived in the same city and I personally know someone who lives one exit away that they delivered to. The manager was great at passing judgement! I could have went to rent a center for this type of service.

This is a way past due review but hey I’m finally doing it. I have purchased many things from Buddy’s and it just seems that I always find something else to get. They have everything from couches to dining tables to washers and dryers, even electronics. It’s been easy from the very beginning and the staff (Rolf and Erika) are great and so easy to work with.

I do not like purchasing used or rented furniture. However, I am selling my old things and looking to have something purchased before.
The store manager was very helpful and found just what I was looking for, which I did not see online.
Additionally, he ordered it for me so I know I am getting a new product. The service is great and the process was easy. I did not have to spend a ton of my time hassling with people. I also hate having my credit ran for every little purchase so that itself is important.
To top it off this place is clean and greets you with a «hello» most places forget about that.
So Thank you and Kuddos to them.
