I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Dr Griggs. I came to him after carefully choosing several Orthodontists from Unilocal,for consultation. I was having 2 crowns done & thought I’d need a new retainer. I’d finished Invisalign 5 yrs ago & had been wearing the Vivera retainer. In the past when I had any dental work done, the Vivera no longer fit & I had to be refitted. In my initial consultation, he was patient, & willing to address all my concerns regarding which retainer would work best for me. For the first time I was being introduced to options other than the Vivera, since my initial Invisalign was done by a dentist. I’d since moved & my new dentist didn’t do Invisalign.
Fast forward to completing my dental work. I try on my retainer & the fit doesn’t seem that bad. I keep my apt with Dr. Griggs, where he was to fit me with a new retainer. He also thinks my old Vivera retainer is not a bad fit, & makes an adjustment at no charge. Addtionally, he has me bring in the rest of the Vivera retainers I still have, adjusts those as well, again no charge. I absolutely can’t believe this, I promised him I will tell everyone how highly I think of him & refer anyone who might need future orthodontic work to him. There is more to the story, in that this all happened at a very stressful time in my life. I will never forget how Dr Grigg really stood out; a professional I was lucky enough to have crossed paths with.

Before meeting Dr. Griggs I read about his high-​honor achievements in dental school, as well as his superior online reviews. This, coupled with the fact that he has several staff members who have been with him for over two decades, revealed a lot about the exceptional doctor /​person he is.

I am very happy to have found an orthodontics office that can deliver cheerful, efficient, professional, unsurpassed care, and at the same time, offer it at a better cost than other orthodontic groups.

I’ve been going for about a year and a half. They worked well with my insurance and recommended an oral surgeon for a pallette expansion that I needed. So far so good, things have improved a lot since I first went in and I’ve been pleased with the pace and their flexibility.

Dr. Griggs and his staff are amazing! If we were not moving, we’d have our younger two children go to see him. It was affordable, efficient, warm and effective. Our daughter’s teeth look fantastic (and just in time for prom!).

My daughter just had her braces removed today and her teeth look fantastic and perfectly aligned. The process was painless and each maintenance visit was very smooth and quick. We’re both very pleased with both the results and the service.

I never have to wait very long and the staff is absolutely amazing! They are so professional and nice. They make you feel like you’re one of the family! You can tell they love their job! Everyone has a great smile! I did the Invisalign program and loved it! They made the appointments fast and easy and the time went by so fast. If your looking for a good orthodontics place, look no further, because Dr. Griggs and his team do an amazing job in this department. The whole team is very nice and caring. They always give it their all whenever they are caring for a patient. I would recommend this place over any other orthodontics place.

If you’re considering getting braces, Dr. Griggs and his team of professionals are ready to take care of you. From the moment I stepped in to their office I was greeted with a friendly smile. The consultation was very thorough and made sure you were aware of the process. The price is affordable and will work with you on payments. The staff always made you feel comfortable and welcomed. My braces finally came off on April 6, 2015. I am more than satisfied with the results. Go see them and you won’t be disappointed.

I love this office! Everybody is so friendly and effective! Dr. Griggs has a great office and he is an EXCELLENT ORTHODONTIST! He is a SMOOTH OPERATOR and knows his business to the TEE! I recommend ANYBODY needing braces no matter what your age… I waited a «bit later» in life… SMH. Get your dentist work done at this office! The staff is also a VERY ATTRACTIVE group, I mean. its not that it matters so much for the work you get done. but it definitely doesn’t hurt either, right?! I have never seen an office so well put together as this one! If I ever have children. They will get their work done here also! Thanks for being so patient with me.

Dr Griggs and his staff are AMAZING!!! They’re all so friendly and make you feel very comfortable when you’re there. They definitely go out of their way to make your day! Im currently going to get set up for invisalign because Im getting married in a year and the girls are always checking up to see any extra plans I’ve made and etc. They really make each visit personal! I highly HIGHLY recommend them, because if you skip over them you don’t know what you’re missing out on!

I’m a satisfied customer. Both my daughter and I went to Dr. Griggs. My daughter’s braces came off much faster than mine but that’s because she is younger and Dr. Griggs is a perfectionist. He would not let me sweet talk him into removing my braces earlier. Haha. I am glad he is a perfectionist coz now I have a confident smile. Staff is very sweet as well. Growing up I never had the straight gleaming smile that I had always desired. However, at age 19, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Griggs and finally decided to make a stride toward my dream smile.
Dr. Griggs is a excellent orthodontist with state of the art talent. His knowledge for creating the perfect smile is unimaginable until the first moment you look in the mirror bracket-​free and see the custom made smile he created specifically for you.
While having braces during my college years was less than desirable, Dr. Griggs and his team worked diligently to perform their work on a tight time frame so that I could remove my braces before studying abroad. His friendly team made my monthly visits from Santa Barbara to Castro Valley surprising enjoyable. Each of his assistants were so sweet it was almost hard to not engage in conversation with them as they were replacing my bands.
After first handedly experiencing my confident smile and my confidence in Dr. Griggs, I have since had an uncle and a cousin who have gone to Griggs Orthodontics for their adult braces, needless to say I highly recommend the entire team.

I’ve been going to Dr. Griggs office for the past two years. Dr. Griggs put my braces on two years ago when my teeth were far from perfect. I got them off yesterday and I’m thrilled with the results. My teeth look great!
He and his staff are very friendly and professional. They always let me know what was going on with my teeth each visit and what to expect the next visit. Those two years flew by because I never had a problem and each visit I was in and out.
