Creative Dimensions In Dentistry

I have been going to Creative Dimensions for years now, ever since I was little. I absolutely love it and all the staff. It’s always so clean and nice each visit I have. The staff is so friendly, comforting, and caring. I love going to CDD, they definitely deserve 5 stars from me.

I am a person with very bad anxiety! Everybody from the front desk, Dental Assistants and both the Dentist Dr. Marc Chhina and Dr Davis Mackenzie are THE BEST! Two visits one with each and neither time felt one bit of pain, and they were calming to help keep my anxiety under control. AWESOME AWESOME place. I will recommend any and everybody to these two Doctors.
I will also return for follow up work. Great Place and ALL the people who work their!, Thank you Creative Dimensions for everything and all your kindness!

Dr Maas is the best!

I have been going to Dr Mass for 37 years! I went to only 1 other dentist –once-​because of insurance. Horrible!
Dr Mass is professional, gentle and a perfectionist! Which I love because I like nice teeth. He’s worked on me, my mom and my kids teeth. When I became a grandmother I told him he was a Granddentist!
Mrs and Dr Maas, make sure I am invited to the retirement conversation. I feel I need to be included in the discussion :-)

I keep forgetting to Unilocal this and write that your dental hygienist, Diane, was a dental ninja the other day! I can’t say I have ever had such a pain free teeth cleaning. I was a little tired from a late night and I actually caught myself falling asleep a couple of times in the chair. It was pretty awesome and I was super impressed.

Love these people! 8am dentist appointments have never been so great as this place! Dorothy is efficient at call backs and helping me get an appointment best for me and my crazy work schedule! Geraldine has done two of my cleanings now and is great at giving me tips and instructions on taking better care of my teeth. Jessica and Dr. Mack are rock stars! Crown and fillings have never been so easy or looked so pretty! Apparently looking at a wisdom teeth extraction in the future but not to worried because these people are amazing! Totally trust it’ll be okay and my teeth will be healthier and look great!

My elderly mother has been going to Dr. Chinna for a few years now. Dr. Chinna and his staff have not only performed top notch work but they have treated Mom with the utmost of respect. They don’t yell at her like some persons do when speaking to elderly persons. They give her a bathroom break when needed. And they even give her a blanket when she is cold. Dr. Chinna always follows up on previous work by asking my mother questions which I really like. Dr. Chinna’s team goes with him to whichever office he is working at. I like that because that means the same nice and professional staff will be at whatever office Dr. Chinna is. Thank you so much, Dr. Chinna!

I went into a standard dental cleaning appointment. I ended up have a few fillings done as well. AFTER my appointment I walked out and received my proposed treatment plan for $ 200 with three items on the bill. The lady at the front desk said I would receive a bill for that amount in a few days. Weeks passed and I get a bill for over $ 700 and over seven items being charged. Plus one of three identical procedures was charged $ 100 more even though it was the same thing. I call to get this worked out as I have their original documented estimate. They refused to honor their estimate. I also asked them why one of the three procedures was charged more; the dentist even verified that it was the same procedure but had no explanation as why it cost more. I was put on a cat and mouse game with phone calls for weeks. Eventually I had my dad try to contact them. It’s now been months since my appointment. They have not responded to our multiple voicemails and we even sent a letter. They have not contacted me but I still have received my monthly bills from them. This place defrauds insurance, overcharges you, and refuses to contact you.

I’ve been coming to CDD since before I was born! My mom started coming here when she was pregnant with me! I have done all my orthodontic work here, multiple sets of braces, retainers, etc, and have had my teeth cleaned, cavities filled and wisdom teeth removed.
Dr. Erickson is amazing at making one of the most terrifying places so much less scary and less painful than it should be! He and his staff are so friendly every time I come in that I am excited to get to see them every six months! Dr. Griggs and his staff are the same!
Right now I am switching over to my husband’s insurance but am seriously considering keeping my dental in case his doesn’t cover CDD!

Dr. Shirin Salehinia is the best! She has been our family dentist for over 16 years. Her and her staff of assistants and hygienists provide the best in competent and compassionate care.

Dr. Mackenzie is the worst dentist ever. Something went wrong when he replaced a filling and instead of trying to figure it out, he threatened me with a root canal.

My experiences at this dentist were not bad, the reason for the review is that I just discovered I was «fired» by the dentist office because I was late paying a small portion of my bill that was not covered by my insurance. So I was «dismissed» by this dentists office even though the bill was paid. And mind you, this due amount was less than 10% of my overall bill, which had been paid promptly. The office claims I was informed of the «dismissal» so when I called today to request an appointment for a cap that has come off my tooth it was pretty humiliating to get the «dismissal» message from the office person.
I get that money is important, especially to dentists apparently, but this seemed unnecessarily punitive, not to mention that I now have to find someone to fix my immediate problem. Should I «reveal» that I am a «bad patient»?? Am I stigmatized for life? Thanks Creative Dimensions in Dentistry to adding another layer of complexity to my existing hatred of going to the dentist.

Professional, courteous, and punctual 100% of the time. All of the staff including Dr. Griggs provided excellent service all the time. I would recommend them for all your orthodontic needs.

I’ve been going to Dr Maass for a number of years. I can honestly say that his patient care is simply outstanding. His staff, from Linda at the front desk to Raeanne, Traci, hygienists et al., are all outstanding and personable individuals. I am always greeted with a smile. It is a relaxed but professional environment, pain free since they are very in tune with my comfort during any procedure I’ve had. I have complete trust in his evaluations and consultations (giving me options to make informed decisions) and subsequent procedures. Thanks Dr Maass and staff for the great years of service!

Today I was in so much pain with my lower molar,
it had been hurting for a few days. I scheduled
an appointment with Dr. Maass. He saw me on an
emergency appointment today. This was my first
appointment at this office.
He diagnosed that I needed a root canal.
He completed the root canal in the same appointment.
This is the first root canal I have had. You hear all the
horror stories about getting a root canals, if
I had to get one I’m glad Dr. Maass was there to treat
me. My experience in this office was great, everyone
made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Maass has a
wonderful team working with him, from Desi taking
my Xray to Raeanne, Tracie, and Tammy
chair side, all very caring and helpful throughout my
appointment. Dr. Maass explained each step of the
procedure, which was helpful for me to understand
what was happening.
I’m home and have no pain, was able to drink a milkshake.
That’s something I couldn’t do a few days ago.
It’s been many years since my last dental visit, but
that didn’t matter today. Dr. Maass found where my
discomfort was and treated me. Thank you
so much for helping me today. I’m looking forward to
getting a good night sleep tonight.

I have to say I love this dental office so much. The Dr’s here are all so caring and nice. The dental assistance and front office ladies always make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. I never have been to a place where my kids are excited to go to the dentist cause they are such a great team. My children see Dr alvaro for past 10 years she is very sweet and motherly to the kids they just love her. Robin her front office is so kind with the kids always gives big hugs. This office treats you like Family Every Time We’re here. Each of us see different drs. My husband sees Dr Chinna who is so awesome explains every procedure and very honest in his work. Many days my husband has had pain and Dr chhina was always there to help him out of it. Dr Chinna staff is so nice and always catering to us. And gets us in same day visits. I love them. I see various Dr as my schedule is so busy but I can say Dr maass is very patient and treats and listens to every problem I have and will fix it right away. His staff is very caring and nice too. Dr Jeff Erickson, Dr mack and Dr sal. Are all great dentist too and everyone is a 10 in my book. You will not be dis happy with any of these dentists. You will be taking care of to the fullest from all. If you are looking for a new dentist, here at cdd, stop looking you have found your new dental office. They use very updated technology and you can see your X rays right away. This is the best place you will never be let down. Trust me I’ve been going here over 10 years. Also Dr Griggs all 3 my kids including myself have seen and all of us have fabulous results. Dr Griggs, Robin and his staff are so great you will love this place.

I will begin by saying my 5 star rating is an understatment. For the past 8 years, Dr. Chhina and his staff have ensured that I have received the highest degree of dental care and I couldn’t be more appreciative.
Creative Dimensions in Dentistry has provided me with not only had the greatest dentist but also the greatest teacher in oral hygiene. While Dr. Chhina works diligently to provide each patient with the best and most professional dental care, he also works to educate each patient in the importance of preventative home care. His skill, care, communication and knowledge are incomparable.
From my simple regularly scheduled check-​ups and cleanings to the removal of my wisdom teeth, my experience with CDD has been nothing short of extraordinary. After hearing so many of my peers horrible wisdom teeth experiences, it goes without saying that I was petrified. However, lucky for me Dr. Chhina analyzed my X-​rays and noticed early on that the time to remove my wisdom teeth was approaching. I anxiously scheduled my appointment to my surprise, the entire process was pretty much a breeze. The appointment was nearly painless and aside from my slightly sore 24 hour chipmunk cheeks, my recovery was short and easy.
I now live in Southern California but won’t dare switch my dentist. Just last week I was in the Bay Area and was able to schedule a last minute appointment on my way into town. Traffic delayed my appointment by 45 minutes but Dr. Chhina somehow managed to still squeeze me in even though I arrived near closing time.
Dr. Chhina and his team are gentle, honest, comforting and carry my highest recommendation!!!
P. S. Dr. Griggs performed miracles on my orthodontic work. I entered his office with a less than mediocre smile and less than 2 years later walked out with a perfectly straight and confident smile.

I have not been to the dentist in years. So I was very hesitant and nervous about finding a dentist. I also happen to be 6 months pregnant and of course had a cavity that needed to be filled.
I emailed their office first because being nervous I wanted to make sure they had a dentist comfortable with treating a pregnant woman. I received a call back that day. The receptionist was extremely nice and got all my information for insurance and told me I needed a note from my doctor clearing me for dental work.
The first day I went in for a general cleaning with kris. She was lovely and kept me comfortable the entire time. She was so knowledgable! They unfortunately could not fill my cavity that day because it was so busy there. They apologized and I met with Dr.Chhina. He was so sweet and they scheduled me in for that Tuesday.
I went in for my appointment and boy was I nervous!!! But for no reason at all. Dr. Chhina is amazing !!! His assistant (who’s name I forget) made me feel so comfortable and they both talked me through the entire procedure. Even the injections were pain free! My cavity was filled in 30 minutes.
I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you’ve had a bad experience. They will definitely change your mind about going to the dentist.

I reviewed once before and after I posted my review, suddenly my dispute was resolved. They did end up refunding my aunt’s money… but really? Only after it went to social media? Where were they for the last 8 months of emails and phone calls?
So yes– thank you. My dispute is resolved. I will give you a star for that simply because my aunt cried with relief when the credit finally came through.
Still… we are great clients and my family was not treated well here.

I started coming to CDD when I was 11 years old and was experiencing a (rather traumatic) ordeal with a root canal owing to the negligence of two previous dentists. Dr. Michael Erickson (since retired) treated the problem and I instantly liked his mannerisms and those of his whole staff and office.
Since then I’ve had my orthodontics through Dr. Griggs (now Griggs Orthodontics), tooth whitening, various other maintenance appointments and have seen the change from Dr. M. Erickson to Dr. Jeff Erickson and can say that the office feel hasn’t changed. The switch from father to son has not affected the great service, personal attention and overall awesomeness of CDD. I love them! Growing up with an awesome dentist and continuing to have that relationship builds a level of comfort in going in to the office.
I recommend CDD whole-​heartedly!
p. s. Dr. Jeff also gives out cookies, occasionally. Great dentist, right?
