The more I shop here the better it gets. This store has great products, and they know how to show their appreciation for loyal customers. If you live in the area and aren’t getting your vape products here… I don’t know what to tell you. You’re just dumb.

Went in knowing nothing about vapes. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Didn’t try to sell me the highest priced unit, didn’t try to oversell me anything I didn’t need. Explained everything from top to bottom. Been back couple times for more juice, delta with different employees and all are class A guys. Won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended

Service has not changed, still excellent customer service. I had a problem with my unit and they took care of it immediately.

I have been to quite a few Vape stores in the Bay Area, but hands down Ready Set Vape is my #1. They have some very interesting flavors of E-​juice and if you bring in a bottle from a juice that they don’t have, they can use what little is left and make you the juice!
All the guys that work there are great, very helpful, awesome personalities! They answer all my questions and don’t try to push expensive Vape Accessories on me as other shops do.
I drive about an hour to go to the shop, there are some closer to me but none that can match RSV’s winning qualities! I will continue to make the trek every few weeks while blowing major clouds of Gringo (BEST FLAVOR) and Syzygy!!!

Probably one of the nicest retail experiences I’ve ever had, especially of the «I am a newb and know not what to do» variety. My experience with vaping was limited to buying an overpriced starter kit for one of those looks-​like-​a-​weird-​metal-​cigarette brands about four years back, and my extensive research into where to go and what to buy pretty much consisted of «uh, who has good Unilocal reviews?» so I was more than a little clueless walking in. Never has the combination of confusion and laziness worked out so well for me.
I walked in, told the nice young man at the counter that I was new, and in about fifteen minutes he had walked me through the basics, set me up with a starter kit that cost about forty bucks less than what I had been led to expect from talking to friends about it, let me taste test some of the flavors, and sent me out the door with the promise of more help should it be needed.
The store was clean and well-​staffed, the staff was super knowledgeable and kind without ever being patronizing or trying to upsell, and I left a very happy customer. Lookin’ forward to coming back here whenever I need to resupply.

Flavored of liquid are all unique. Ingredients used are all excellent you can tell with the quality of vapor and taste produced.
Their mods are VERY reasonably priced. Most of the is even cheaper then online!
I go to this place about once a week… if your into vaping this is a must place to go…

This review is based on my first impression and a few visits.
Being shy and not a whole lot of experience/​knowledge with the world of vaping beyond the innernet and disposables, it felt a little intimidating walking into a specialty shop, trying hard to not have that «lost tourist» look.
My recent experiences at RSV have been very pleasant. They’re consultants more than they are salespeople. I never felt taken advantage of, or that they were trying to upsell me anything I wasn’t ready for or things going out of style. They do have mods, so when I’m ready to try something different… Many choices of juice to sample. My favs so far: Hug Juice and Chubby Waters.
RSV is definitely worth my time and money, and I recommend them.

After nearly a year, I still come here, and got my friends to come here, too.
Ryan, Chris, and all of the guys are always so helpful and amazing. I’m really bad at rebuilding my mod, and everyone there is always so happy to help and rebuild it for me.
All the flavors are awesome — definitely in love with all the new flavors, like Bukowski, and Russell City. Also just got hooked on ‘Merica, too! Jolly Green is another great all-​day juice that was recommended to me by an employee.

This review is for their exchange policy. I purchased a battery from them and at the homie Jeremys reccomendation I got the purple Efest batt. I initially came in asking for a exchange for a different battery after finding out it wasnt compatible with my mod. Long story short they tried to troubleshoot, greatly appreciated by the way, but did everything except exchange my battery. At the end of it all I was told they couldnt help me.
They forsure lost a customer and a reccomendation.

Walked in here one day because my friend was getting some juice, she always tried to get me to stop smoking cancer sticks but i wouldn’t budge. I ended up buying stuff that i never knew I’d buy here, a HUGE thanks to Andrew for giving me so much info, i have been cancer stick free for 4 month thanks to that man.
You know your local vape shop cares about you when they have a filtered water dispenser, if there’s one thing you should know, is that keeping yourself hydrated is CRUCIAL when you’re vaping.
Edit: My boyfriend came in here few days ago with his busted Subtank, Andrew not only fixed his Subtank RDA but also showed him how to properly build a coil.

These guys have been really great in helping me with my Vape needs. I’m trying to quit smoking. Everyone I have come into contact with here is very friendly and informed about the products they offer and how to help me at each stage of the quitting process. I’ve been well taken care of and never feel like I’m listening to a bad sales job. They even took a trade of low quality e juice from another seller and replaced it with their brand. These guys have taught me so much about vape products and have given me such good service and pricing that I refuse to go anywhere else.

I originally came into this shop looking for a way to quit smoking cigarettes after 5 years of smoking. I knew absolutely nothing about what I needed or what I was looking for.
Randy helped me find exactly what I needed to get stared. He was extremely helpful and very patient with me. It has now been 9 months since I’ve smoked a cigarette and it is very much thanks to this place and the always helpful employees.
They have an amazing selection of juices that caters to everyone’s taste and they’re handmade in shop! This is, and will always be my go to shop. I refuse to go anywhere else! Thank you guys!

One word. LEGIT. These guys are some of the most knowledgeable, friendliest, and helpful guys in the vaping business. They never make you feel forced to buy anything and let you try nearly anything they have in the store. They’ll even help fix or give advice with your current setup instead of trying to sell you a new setup like other shops would do,
I’ve been to a bunch of different vape shops around the Bay Area and ever since I found RSV, I’ve never had to go anywhere else! Their juices are one of a kind and all awesome flavors, their mods are all very well priced, and the customer service is by far THE BEST out there!
To make things even better, they customize your juice to whatever nicotine content you want, however much vg/​pg percentages you need, and let you drip all of their juices as you wait for them to mix up a fresh bottle of juice for you! Ryan has even made me my own custom version of «Chubby Waters» which has got to be the best juice I’ve had since I starting vaping three years ago.
I can go on and on about RSV, but everyone should go there and see for themselves… WELL WORTH THE VISIT!

This place is great, good vibes all around and even though they only carry house blends, they do them damn right. Will most definitely be my shop of choice (sorry not sorry Vape 5).
As I mentioned they have great flavors and juices, and guess what, they also have chairs! And tables! Unlike Vape 5 you can actually chill, build and shoot the breeze here.
To sum it up, they’re great chill people, knowledgeable, and even though they don’t carry a HUGE inventory of mods, tanks and attys, what they have is all you need, the most popular and good hardware.
