Mountain Air Comfort Systems

After burning through one incompetent firm and another with shady pricing/​billing practices, I gave Mountain Air a call. The staff in the office are very organized, accommodating, and friendly. I had a very complicated AC issue and they promised a technician would call me back to discuss. The technician (Tyler) did call me back and I could tell right away that he knew what he was talking about. Tyler accurately diagnosed and replaced defective TXV valves on two AC units that are now working beautifully. And… he also correctly diagnosed and replaced a control board on a furnace that was showing up as a pressure switch problem (3 blinking light error code.) What I love about this company is that I got a very skilled, competent, professional tech to work on my HVAC equipment and he got it fixed right the first time. I was quoted a price to perform the work and that was the price on the bill I was presented. If there was additional work involved, I was told upfront and directly what the cost would be before the work was done. The repairs were not inexpensive and this firm charges the going rates, as did the first two firms I dealt with that wasted my time and failed miserably and put my equipment at risk for damage. I don’t mind paying the going rates so long as the work is good and it’s done right the first time. I can’t speak about any other technicians at the company but can say with confidence — if Tyler is representative of the rest of the Mountain Air technical team, then you will be very pleased with this firm and the quality of work and service in every way. I would highly recommend this company.

We have used Mountain Air Comfort Systems for years and have always found their service to be outstanding in every way. Their technicians are very personable and technically proficient. We just had Eric clean and check our furnace as part of our annual maintenance agreement, and he not only did a very detailed maintenance check but also spent time reviewing with my wife and I exactly what he had done. This was a very detailed review and he tested the furnace in many ways to make sure everything was operating at peak efficiency. This is the kind of service that gives you confidence that your home is in good hands!
