Rotary Collision Centers – Carver

Alright I didn’t want to post anything but I’ve reached the final straw. So I took my GM truck in for front end damage. The man at the front desk was polite and knowledgeable so I trusted my truck was in good hands. I was promised a finish date and that wasn’t reached which I can understand stuff happens. I was called to be informed that the BODY SHOP couldn’t find the custom grille that I had! I was told to find it would take weeks and wouldn’t get my truck back until then. I accepted that the factory grille would have to do. When I went to pick it up I had a loaner vehicle provided by my place of employment and my friend followed my in my truck he called me while driving and asked if my truck always had a squealing noise. I got to work and cakes rotary and they told me to bring it back. They had forgotten power steering fluid and had left my antenna in the shop. I hadn’t been able to observe the body work for several days because of snow but when I did… Damn was it bad! The bumper was crooked in one direction and the lights were crooked to the other side. There was no gap on one side and a ¾ inch gap on the other. Again I drove to rotary and they assured me it was a simple adjustment. Finally I was pleased with the finished product even though it wasn’t back to the condition it was prior to the accident. Now here I am 2 months later and the emblem that was damaged in the accident was glued back onto this grille has fallen off. All and all what a waste of money and I’m just waiting for the day the rest of the front end falls off. Don’t go there please!
