On the of January 26, 2016. @9:a.m. A serviceman from Arnold Refrigation promptly arrived t scheduled time. After the inspection of the gas home heater he discovered an air leak in the unit. The man showing such professionalism with out delay made repair of the heating system. The heating system is operating as if a new heater was installed. Whenever a reference is needed kindly have that person in need call us, we will be glad to refer you!

This is a great, local family-​owned business that I’ve used for about 2 years now. Originally when I moved here, for about 7 years I used NE Refrigeration for my heat pump’s preventative maintenance that I schedule like clockwork. However, two years ago, NE blew through a summer PM in record time so it was not a huge shock — less than a week later I had a water leak that took down an entire room’s ceiling due to the drain not being cleared properly (according to their own tech). So — on to the next HVAC company!
I have a heat pump that you have to climb up a ladder into my attic to get to. It’s not easy, and I get that. I tried two other companies before Arnold, and each time the techs complained long and loud about the heat pump location, how awkward it is, etc. Really? Ok, no problem, I’ll find someone else and give them my business — easy fix for your crabbiness!
I have a PM done about 3 times a year. You can charge me for a new filter even if I don’t need one, you can charge me for all the little itsy bitsy parts I may or may not need — just fix it and please alleviate the chronic anxiety I have over using an appliance that I can’t fix at all myself, one that makes weird noises sometimes and that’s situated somewhere that I can’t climb up to, even if there was a pot of gold at the end of the ladder! This is all to say that Arnold Refrigeration does what needs to be done, charges a very fair price for the work and does what needs to be done and no more. I’ve had a couple of biggish repairs done, some small little connectors replaced and I’ve not once felt that anything was unnecessary or overpriced.
Fast appointments (they’ve come out asap in an emergency) nice technicians who are qualified at what they do and Kerry in the office always gives the impression that she knows who I am when I make the call — a nice personal touch of customer service!
Learn from my disasters! Use Arnold, I like them and they don’t skimp on the service.
