Two Scoops Ice Cream Shop

From the already melted ice cream to the ill mannered owner, this is a place to avoid.
We should have known better. It was a hot Sunday afternoon, and Two Scoops was the only place in the area serving ice cream, and still the parking lot was empty. Now we know why. For starters, the young girl taking the orders told us she wasn’t allowed to handle the money, so she had to get the owner. Okay, I can live with that. The owner appeared just as my ice cream cone was handed to me with an apology from the girl. It was already melting and running down the side of the cone. I told the owner that this was the second time I had been to Two Scoops and it was the second time the ice cream was melting prematurely. When I handed the cone back to the owner and told her I wanted a cup, she developed an attitude. Up until then, I was willing to take and pay for the melting ice cream. Once she started to give us grief, it was over. From now on we will make the trip to Ben’s on Sunday. Goodbye Two Scoops.
