Service tonight wasn’t all that. Richardo and the other lady helping us seemed whatever. It’s close to midnight, I get it but seriously, it’s your job to be hospitable and welcoming. Neither of them smiled at us the whole time or offered anything special. This crappy service puts Subway business down. Please train your employees better. Richardo started us off and I personally felt rushed when there was no one else in the store or behind us. He made our sandwiches without care: tossed the meat, cheese and veggies on there like whatever. Correct me if I’m wrong but I’d like to see my food made in front me like it’s art. Namsayin… We have a total of five sandwiches an they weren’t all that complicated neither. One kids meal was suppose to come with an apple juice or milk and somehow, their fridge is not working. We asked why they didn’t find another way of keeping the drinks cold and got no valid answer. Who wants warm juice or soda?!! I would give 2 stars for overall experience but I put 3 for never being stingy with everything. Also, they’re 24 hours and location is close by to home. We make it s mission to go to this one even though there’s one a lot closer to home. No matter how late it gets, it’s always well lit at the parking lot as well. Parking is not hard to find. It’s in a plaza so parking is being shared but the other stores aren’t that busy. I hope my next visit is better than the last. I like this Subway.

I’m always in and out quick at this location. The lady helping me must have been having a bad day or something. She wasn’t very friendly or happy. I’m always satisfied with the customer service here.

It’s a Subway. It does its job. There’s nothing outstanding, but nothing that detriments. The service is okay. The food is okay. The environment is okay. It’s a Subway. It gets the job done.

What a skimpy ass excuse for a sandwich. Someone went to subway and ordered for me but my God, did the girl even listen? Bread was dry and crumbly, hardly and toppings. Asked for cucumber got only one little slice. Customer service here is very bad if you are dealing with the women who work here. I guess if the management is bad so are the employees. They need to listen. It seems like this store has employees that suffer from selective hearing. Possibly one of the worst subway locations. I will be writing to there corporate office as well.

I’ve been to this Subway location a bunch of times and feel that this is one of the better ones in this area. It is located in the same small plaza that hosts DJ Bibingkahan, Tony’s BBQ and Poke Etc. so there is sufficient parking available and it is easy to spot from the road. I like it because it’s open 24×7, ingredients used are fresh, sandwiches are made quickly and people behind the counter have not given me an attitude till now. I generally get the tuna footling($ 6.99) and have always found the tuna to be fresh without any fishy smell that develops once it starts to go off. They are also generous with the vegetable servings and toast the bread perfectly. That’s why this location has become my go-to Subway restaurant even though it isn’t the closest one from my home(the closest is the one next to the 7 – 11 on Western and Carson which is simply pathetic). I don’t mind the slight drive to get a decent sandwich with acceptable service.

This subway is mostly like all other subways. The customer service is alright. I stood in line for about three minutes before I was acknowledged. After that they were nice and the sandwich was good. Plus right now they are giving bogo Dodgers tickets slips and a free admission for the California Science Center

Horrible service! The girl added mustard to the lady’s sandwich when she didn’t even say she wanted it. After her mistake she gave the lady a bit of an attitude. For my sub, I asked for a little bit of jalapeño. I was very unhappy when I bit into it and realized it wasn’t jalapeño but pickles. I hate pickles. The girl needs to listen to the customers attentively.

I come to this particular location because its the only one that makes the green tea before 10 am when Raymunda is working. Also I come before noon because the morning crew is a whole lot better than the night crew. As far as sandwiches, well lets just say they do the job, nothing spectacular. Although the I prefer to eat the tuna here rather than the other sandwhich places. As far as soups go I avoid their soups, just not to my liking.

First off this place is open 24hrs. I come here around 6am after work and the two guys working there are always top notch. The place is clean and the parking lot is pretty big. No complaints here.

Tomatoes were bad, customer service could be a lot better. Have visited this place twice and each time the sandwiches were made messy: mayo on the outside of the bread, ingredients were just thrown together. More than likely will not come back.

As promised, I am updating my review to 5 stars. I have been here a few more times to check for consistency, and im glad to say that everything I loved about this particular shop is in tact, employees are great, shop is clean, and finally my cookies are pretty much perfect. Soft, chewy, fresh. Thanks for taking the time to work on my favorite reason for coming to Subway!

only reason why it got a 3 stars is because of the night crew i come in here almost every night after work cause the dudes are cool and always hook it up but the one time i come during the day(because i have it off) and these ladies talk soooo much they damn near took 15 mins to make my sandwich, another 15 just to pay for it never coming during the day again!!!

This location does not allow its customers to use the restroom. Very unwelcoming policy.

Typical subway place but would get a higher rating if the people were not slow at times cause they talk to each other way too much while preparing my sandwhich

Came here about 5 minutes before closing, so I wasn’t expecting great service and a pretty lackluster sandwich… but the employees seemed to see that me and my friends felt bad for coming in so late but understood that they were the only walk up place open at the time. And they didn’t jip us on our sandwiches, which were nothing outside of the typical Subway quality.

I went there when their cash register was down(unaware of that). I was in line for a very long time, gave them my order, and once I was up to pay, they told me they weren’t taking ATM. There were no signs up at the door or anywhere that said their machine was down. They suggested I go next door and use the ATM, but the hell with that! I’m not paying extra to get a 20 out! So I left, I will never go back again. A little warning to the customers, people! I will never go there again, I go to the one on Avalon and Del Amo, much better!

ok now i know why i sometimes dread coming to this location for my hour lunch. Well today since im still fighting a cold i wasn’t too hungry so the normal occurrences parking sucks, walk in and they all say«welcome to Subway» to every single person walking in. So i get my sandwich made waiting to pay and the lady in front of me is paying with her debt card and for some reason it shuts the credit card system down waiting for them trying to figure out how to fix calling the credit card machine company etc it took about 8 or so mins for them to finally cancel the transaction and start all over ok so they do same thing so another 6 or 8 mins go by finally getting the lady’s info it looked like it was accepting the transaction but couldnt print the receipt so the working says we’ll call you if it double charges you or something ok so then one of the workers shouts out when people are coming in Welcome to Subway we can only accept cash because our credit card machine is down. Geez it took my sandwich 1 min to make and for me to pay 30 seconds but i had to wait almost 20 mins for them to figure out what is going on. The life of trying to eat lunch in an hour.

The employees were extremely rude to me and there were several communication issues due to us not speaking the same language.
