If I can only put 0 star, I will. I ordered a sausage mcgriddles and burger, but they gave me both sausage mcgriddles. One with egg and cheese and the other is just plain sausage and bread. I was so disappointed. Too bad I have no time to return it back since I have work. And I have no lunch so I dont have a choice to eat breakfast food for lunch.

Disappointment. It’s only a matter of time before McDonald’s has ppl down their throats about the«all day breakfast» promo. We’ve all seen the commercials, in face the menu says it too, but it is very misleading. They do not have ALL the breakfast items all day. They don’t have certain items. Specifically they don’t have hash browns, anything with a biscuit or the mcgriddles. The woman proceeded to say they turn off the has brown fryer at the end of normal breakfast time so they do not offer hash browns after 1030. I saw customer after customer order then was told they don’t offer hash browns. But the big sign has«all day» breakfast with a pic of 2 hash browns. Misleading and unacceptable! Their marketing, signage and menus do not match what’s happening in the actual restaurant.

How is it that an order so simple as 2 mcflurrys 1 with m&ms the other with oreos and recess gets messed up, it’s a cup of vanilla ice cream topped with candy… The saddest part is the m&m one was the one they fucked up? How? It’s literally m&ms and ice cream… Not like any McDonald’s on earth actually mixes them together how fucking hard can it be… And after correcting them several times I still don’t have an m&m mcflurry. Kudos.

I thought I was slick by going inside instead waiting in the long drive thru line, I only wanted a cup of coffee, why did it take 10 minutes? I’m looking at four or five people behind the counter, a full pot of coffee and me shifting my weight while waiting for someone to pour the coffee. Granted, the girl at the register may not necessarily part take in filling orders if she has a line but there was no line we are all waiting and watching. They may be a part of the training not to do more than one order at a time, it seems to be a trend. I don’t understand if you’re waiting for food to finish cooking and you have a person physically in your face waiting on coffee, why not pour it and get them out-of-the-way maybe the food would done bag it up and move on?

I love how fast you guys are in the DT I worked at a Mickey Ds for over ten years my muffin was freshly toasted and the burrito was wrapped neatly and all together a fast and excellent experience. I read other reviews and thats typical boast of irrational ppl I bet they didn’t call and say what happened either. I went once and forgot my money and the girl was so empathetic. I wanted to comment on just that. I think you have a well put together crew and I hope you share this with them.

I wish I could give them NO stars! I only came here for a mcflurry… longest line of my fucken life! Waited about 15 minutes(in the drive thru) mind you there’s posters all over their windows that guarantee you won’t wait in line longer than 60 seconds which explains why their food tastes like garbage… anyway back to my mcflurry… it wasn’t until AFTER I PAID for it that they told me they had no Ice cream«we don’t got no ice cream what do you want?» What do I want!!! My fucken money back!!! Girl had a terrible attitude! Don’t like your job? Find another one. Never coming back here!

Honestly, they sound miserable and if you ask a question like if you wanted any condiments, they look at you like why did you ask that question. I liked how everything was very quick, but my vibe went down.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s location may times. The venue offers a private parking lot and a play area for the kids. There is also a large dual ordering station for the drive-thru which is great for on-the-go food. The inside offers plenty of indoor seating and a large play area for the kids. Service here is quick and usually correct. Now with ApplePay, customers using iPhone 6 or iPhone 6+ make the checkout process even faster without having to scavenge for cards and wallets. Overall a great McDonald’s, I will be back here soon.

The worst drive through service ever!!! This was the 3rd time they got my order completely wrong! The worst part was that I clearly said my order and he repeated it back to me and by the time I pull up to the window«did you order a mcflurry?» Me: No worker: an Ice tea? Me: uhh No Worker: a mcdouble? Me: No I ordered #16 combo with a chicken sandwich I get home and there is 10 piece chicken nuggets in the bag! WTF? What a waste of time energy and money! Never again will I order from this place ever!

What can I say? It’s McDonald’s. Always check your order before driving off when you go through drive thru. I’ve caught a few mix ups in the past.

The one thing that I like about this spot is that there is a play area to keep your kids busy. This restaurant has been here for a long time, and thankfully it has gotten it’s facelift :) I also believe there is a double drive through.

This place sucks due to management! They always try to short my order… Fries, drinks, ice cream, napkins, sauces, ketchup. It’s like if they can cut cost they will and at the customers expense. I don’t remember being able to pay less for my food!!! It’s ridiculous! Also for some strange reason the employees feel comfortable having an attitude when asked to NOT short my order. Ex. Please fill my cup, please don’t lay my fry carton down flat to make it look full… It’s gotten to the point where I just have to laugh and not get angry. Even though I do make them fix my order. Oh yea and CHECKYOURBAG! More than likely something is WRONG!

This is my local McDonalds, so it’s the most convenient. I have considered going to a further McDonalds because this one is very bad. Very often items are missing from my order or the order is wrong. They can never get it right even 90 percent of the time. I don’t know if this is on purpose to lower costs by shorting peoples orders, but taking in the cash. Bad service experiences also when going inside to order. One time I asked for popcorn chicken, not knowing what McDonalds was calling them(McBites) and the person taking my order said«We don’t have popcorn chicken. I asked again for the chicken, like popcorn chicken, and he said, «We don’t have popcorn chicken.». Like 3 – 4 times I tried ordering, not knowing what they were called. Then he said, «We have McBites». But he was rude about it. Instead of letting me know nicely what they were called. They also run out of stuff a lot. Sometimes no ice cream because they don’t fill the machine in time when it runs out. Or sometimes certain fountain drinks run out. That sticker they put on your bag that says Double Checked for accuracy means you better double check the order yourself! Your best bet is keep on driving to the next McDonalds to save yourself a headache or even a return trip to get the stuff they forgot to put in your bag.

It’s McDonald’s. There really isn’t that much to say, except for the fact that this is one of the few places that gives free refills on their Sweet Tea. Kudos, McDonald’s you get 2 stars instead of 1.
