First time at this Sears and opted to buy online for in-​store pick up. Found the merchandise pick up with ease and was on my way in less than 5 minutes.

Terrible customer service! Went to pick up a online order, took over a hour. Employees walked past me and never even asked me if I was being helped. A female assistant manger walked past me 3 times never said anything! I let them know I was actually a secret shopper then they were trying to make things right. There also was the guy who originally was rude when I first walked in by the name of jaun (he should be let go) this guy told me he, couldn’t find my order. I ask for a manager and he was rude, sorry for the inconvenience, would have been better while trying to square things away! I would recommend going to Cerritos, where they are truly based around customer service
