I came here last week to get my contact lens prescription. Astrid was very helpful in determining how much my insurance will cover. She even offered me 50% off for a frame. I’ve never bought anything from Sears but I’m pretty sure I’ll have my annual eye check up done at this branch from here on.

Worst place ever the employees seem to be busy looking at the computer no one around i wanted to buy a portable a/​c for my house no one came around to help me i ask couple of employees and they said im going to send someone to help you … I just left the whole store seems empty i came during the week …

Mayra was such an incredible help! I used to go to Sears in Torrance, but I think I will be moving to this store (closer to my work) simply because of her «can do» attitude and her help. I was able to go pick out frames, have my old lenses put in and walk out with time to spare on my lunch hour! I will be back!

Came in at 2:30 on a saturday, not that many people and the service was great. The assistant that helped us, Mayra, the Woe, was chill and helped us with all our questions politely. Cause sometimes people be rude during this time of the day naw mean. Anyways i recommend having your info ready so it doesnt take any longer. on the second floor btw

Opticals: I went to make a return at 6:43 pm, and the employee (Don) told me that he could not help me because he already closed his registers. Apparently, they close up shop more than 15 minutes before they ACTUALLY close at 7 pm (their posted closing time). Maybe Don was just trying to get off work early. I received no explanation, no apology. Poor customer service.
