A man from Kleen Inspection appeared at my door unannounced to do an Inspection. I let him in as I was told that the Conservator for my Landlady had ordered it (though this has not been confirmed) .My one condition was that I get a copy of said report. That was IN Sept, I have emailed and to date have not received a response.
The Inspector found many violations and problems. He asked to go in under the building to inspect the pipes and to check for termites. He reported there was an egregious termite problem and that the pipes were very corroded and needed to be replaced.
Again, my problem with them is that he appeared unannounced and then refuses to answer my emails or send me the promised report.

We met David Glover through our Keller-​Williams agent after we made a bid on an older home we wanted to purchase. David arrived on time and ready to get his hands dirty.
As a professional he was very courteous, honest, and extremely thorough! David walked through the house, walked on the roof, and crawled under the house testing everything. The whole inspection took about three hours and his report covered items we never would have considered looking at.
Recommended repairs from David’s report also gave us more leverage for negotiating our final price as well as informing us on what urgently needed to be repaired once we purchased our new home! We absolutely recommend David Glover and his services with Kleen Inspection.
