Established in 1986.
I have been in this industry solid for about 25 years. I started out back in ’86 managing and building a general contracting
firm out of Northern California. I had the privilege to be responsible for booking up all the jobs in the Co.
I looked at about 35 jobs a week for about 2 years. I also was the trouble shooter in the Co. and that is how I developed a rain leak detecting technology there. I came to the LA area around ’91 continuing to isolate rain leaks and terminating them.
It was a situation where none could find the leak and so I decided to NOT do what all my predecessors did:
listen to the client or contractor as to where it or they were in Their Opinion.
This was a direct application of «look, don’t listen» not «have an idea or Opinion as to where the leak or leaks where.
The result was a truly fixed leak after Factually finding the true source or sources!
Since then, I have become the troubleshooter in finding leaks for Architects, Engineers, Homeowners, Contractors etc.

Since 1986, Regarding rain leaks, I have in truth, saved homeowners, contractors etc. hundreds of thousands in the prevention of repairing the wrong thing.
All but a fraction of my findings have been through observing what is in front of me rather than what is in my head or someone else’s.
I say this out of a tremendous amount of experience (over 9,000 leaks factually isolated).
I have had contractors on the job site ready to redo a deck for the 2nd time because they ASSUMED it was the deck.
What did I find? It was NOT the deck but the door, threshold, window and the light fixture! I ISOLATED these and could document them
as factually leaking. Not my OPINION. I saved that particular contractor and architect over $ 10,000. They fixed those and not the deck and,
what do you know; no more leaking!
Bottom line: I Isolate facts and stay clear of opinions. I deal with provable facts in isolating rain leaks and as a consequence,
the real reason for water intrusion can be addressed.
