Not only did they all completely get my order wrong, but my nachos were disgusting!!! The chips are completely stale and nasty tasting. This is the second time that the service and food was completely awful. Please, for everyone’s health and safety DO NOT GO to this location.

Family ordered what we normally order and there was hardly any meat or other fillings in the tortillas or shells of the burritos and tacos. Literally a flat «loaded griller» I know you get what you pay for but this was exceptionally crappy. Not going to that location again.

So pissed. I drove 30 mins to get to this Taco Bell. I got there at 12:01, they closed at 12:00. Most companies accommodate customers a few minutes after the closing time. But this place, 1 min before they were closed officially, was lights off, no where to be scene. Which really means that they closed way before closing time. Now I’m driving to Del Taco, 30 mins away for food in Reno.
From a person that has managed Raleys, I’d like to extend a big Fuck You to the shitty shift mange that closed your store early instead of being a good company leader and taking care of its customers. I will make sure to never stop at your location again.

I just heard an employee loudly make fun of a customer’s name. Incredibly rude.

This is new corporate store that offer some things a bit different from the other franchise locations you just have to ask ! I like this location as it has easy access to the 580 freeway. Also the color scheme inside is more easier on the eyes.
