KFC

So horrible 3^rd in over a year and all 3 times were horrible the service you have to repeat yourself at least 4 times to get the right order the food is always cold but tonight I do believe the batter wasn’t mixed well or something cause I think there is nutmeg in it and 2 pieces were so so nutmegy lol. It’s clean inside the dinning around the customer service isn’t rude just not really listening to you. Girls flirting with the guys on their phones. Won’t go back. The one in S. Lake is 100 times better and the food isn’t sitting around and cold. Our white meat chicken was brown and stringy from sitting to long. So horrible and for 35.00 ypu would think something would be good.

From the other reviews the Carson City KFC must have the slowest and laziest employees in town. It’s probably true because they don’t even answer their phones! We tried to order over the phone for over an hour the other day with no luck. We thought they had gone out of business… When they finally answered we decided to tell them to get their act together. Too bad cuz we like KFC.

Was REALLY craving fried chicken at 9pm and saw they closed at 10, so I called to make sure but they NEVER answered the phone.

For the place being empty, it took forever to get our food. I’ve been here bout four or five times and it always the same

I love KFC especially just for a quick fast lunch to go like the cup to go.
I made this review because last visit, this place was empty and none ahead of me, and in the counter there was a lady that I think the supervisor talked with 2 guys, she saw me came but she didn’t bother to say anything to me. She just kept talking with the 2 guys in Spanish language.
I had to stood there for 5 mins at least until one server came.
I mean that’s not a good place to talk. If you want to talk, go ahead on the back or outside but not in front the counter especially if you are the supervisor or manager but it doesn’t mean you can do this not without saying anything to your customer or telling your customer that your employee will be there in a minute or so. Even I have to squeezed to get my drink because the guys stood there and she didn’t bother not to stop to talked with those guys. Bad management

Very slow staff even when nothing seems to be going on. Otherwise the food is great and no problems

Just like every KFC. We ordered lots of food here, the casher notified us with the estimate waiting time as we ordered dinner for 15ppl. we can arrange our time to do sth else during the waiting period as we were in hurry. Nothing bad~ they also provide catering service~ i think we can order the food in advance next time.

ordered a 2 piece lunch box and for the most part everything looked good, oh yea there they are! 2 very very small pieces of chicken! comon, really?
