Took my harley down for a trade in when I wasn’t happy with the deal I decided it wasn’t for me and was walking out to leave when the guy followed me out and tried to start a fight with me in front of my daughter and wife. This is by far the worst business and environment I have ever encounter. I don’t recommend anyone even stepping foot in their office it’s not worth it.

I normally dread taking my car in anywhere to get looked at or to get work done because I usually feel like I’m getting scammed for every penny I’m worth. Kool Desert Powersports completely changed that! This was my first visit there and the staff was very friendly and eager to help. The mechanics found more wrong with my car than I had expected but completely explained the importance of the part and all of my options to me. I live in reno and drove all the way to Carson and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them!
