Fiduciary Services of Nevada, LLC

We have had an excellent experience with Fiduciary Services of
Nevada. Because I live out of the state of Nevada and my mom wanted to stay
in her independent living apartment there. Fiduciary Services of Nevada
initially was recommended by our lawyer for co-​guardianship. In a short
period of time the professional caring staff became like our family members.
My mom and I relied on them for bill paying, personal care, scheduling every
kind of appointment and transportation whenever needed. Her care givers were
just a phone call away for me to ask for whatever help mom wanted.
When mom got sick the real value of hiring Fiduciary Services of
Nevada became critical for me. Her medical treatment was coordinated with
total commitment providing the best care. I can honestly say that my mom’s
life was saved by the competent experienced professional staff at Fiduciary
Services of Nevada. I was always informed of her needs by her Care
Management team. She was able to live in her apartment and not spend the end
of her life in a nursing home. My mother was treated with dignity and
respect as well as true caring. I trusted Fiduciary Services integrity with
her financial, medical and personal care and highly recommend this
professional business.

Worst experience ever and totally unprofessional.
These people handled a guardianship for my parent. They soaked him for fees higher than would be charged in San Francisco! How inappropriate is that.
They operate under the guise of being compassionate and conscientious. My father was in the hospital and I couldn’t get them to return my phone call for almost a week and a half.
When I tried to move my father to live near me in another state, they fought me in court. How weird is that! I guess he represented too much «income» to them.
Then they would not surrender my father’s vehicle… because they were worried that I would not pay their fees. Totally absurd because I never indicated I would not pay… and fees are mandated by the court. Duh.
I felt like Alice in Wonderland trapped in a bad dream dealing with them. What all along could have been very simple they made extremely complicated. What a horrible experience.
I am so glad there are stricter laws in California governing guardianships. This could never have happened in California.
