McDonald’s

Very disappointing experience. Arrived with four children ready for dinner and playing close to 8p. Staff walked over and told us the play area was closed for the evening because they had no one to clean it! Apparently, a worker (whose shift was ending) was cleaning it as we walked in and they were going to keep it closed as none of the other workers present wanted to clean it later that evening. Never returning!!!

This location is such a joke. It’s not the dirtiest fast food joint I’ve ever been in, but it’s close. It’s main weakness is service. The employees don’t have any skills, like speaking or counting change.
They «beat the clock» by making customers wait before taking their order, so not only do you wait 15 minutes for your food, but you wait 10 minutes to order too.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! They always ALWAYS mess up my orders. The cashier always has an attitude problem!!!
There is only one good manager and he’s always there at night. Dont know HIS name but good god give him a medal. He’s always busting his butt off for his employees. Guy with brown or light brown hair? The rest of the mamagement doesnt care about the problems their employees cause us.
You’re better off going to another Mcdonalds. Dont go here. At least in New York they get things right!

Following up with my previous review, I spoke with the assistant manager regarding my experience and he was completely respectful and apologetic. He offered to feed my family for free and when we went in the next day, he gave us our order free and was thanking us for being customers. He was great and saved us as customers

Nasty playground. The entire area was dirty and I found a hair wrapped around one of the French fries in the bottom on the fry box.

As far as McDonalds go, this one ranks pretty close to the bottom. They have problems completing orders accurately and in a timely fashion. That said the food has always been up to standard and admittedly they ha e one of the best playgrounds around. Still, if you’ve got an extra ten minutes it wouldn’t hurt to drive eat on Hebron to the next McDonalds near the Tollway which is much nicer.

So it’s 9:30 PM there is a note on the door saying they are closing at 10 pm for cleaning so we head on in. The girl behind the counter looks at us and walks away so we stand there for about 2 minutes and then she comes back and asks what we would like, my wife says a big Mac the girl turns around points to the board with the picture and says, and I kid you not, we don’t have the meat to make it! We are like what? She states we have no meat! My wife responds how can you have no meat you’re McDonalds? I would like to speak to manager. He comes out with attitude and says we are closing at 10 so we have no meat and we turned off the grill. Well let’s see its 9:30 why is your grill off? Shouldn’t you turn it off at 10 when you close? Honestly I would fire the entire crew if I was the owner or Area Supervisor. So trust me when I say I will drive to Plano for now on and they can close this one.

Walked in to order food Togo because the drive thru was pretty long. Obviously they can’t control that. I waited like 5 min before placing my order due to a few people inside. As I placed my simple order of only 3 items, the cashier paused and asked if I had my phone on me. As asked an awkward question, I said huh. She said if I call someone and said I loved them, my food is free today. No complaints on free food. 5 Stars!

Their mocha machine is always out of service! I’m not sure if they’re lying to me or what… But I can never get a frappé here because of that reason. Secondly, any special orders you do through the drive-​thru. they will have you pull into the «wait lane»… I waited 20 minutes there! I felt like they forgot about me. So I kept calling them on the phone (I couldn’t go in because I didn’t have shoes on)…and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. So I had to wait even longer, They finally came out to give me my Fries without salt (as I ordered).
I’m sorry… But you can’t tell me it takes 20 minutes to make fries without salt! I tell myself I won’t go to this McDonald’s anymore, but I somehow always end up back in their drive-​thru dealing with these shenanigans!

sometimes they would be out of ice cream. I don’t know how that’s possible but it happened. And one time I ordered a ice cream cone and right after a paid for it they told me they were out of ice cream. I got my refund and was a little mad.

Every. Single. Time. I go here they miss something or get the order completely wrong. I always get a Southwest Salad with the chicken on the side and a small fry. Today, my salad came with NO DRESSING. I have lost count of the number of times it came with the WRONG dressing (SW salad, SW dressing. You’d think it’d be easy), of that don’t put the chicken on the side.
They don’t give a rat’s ass here. It sucks that we love so close to this location that going to the Frankford location is such a half. It’s also the only place where I can consistently get fish or a salad, as I don’t eat red meat.
I worked in the restaurant industry for four years and the there’s no excuse for the way this location is run.

The drive through is slow most of the time unfortunately. The sign said the drive through is open 24 hours but when I went to the drive through it was closed. I went to the drive through at 2am because that’s when I get off work. And I couldn’t go inside because it was closed.

Haven’t been in this store for years… luckily my kids are old enough to know the danger in Micky D’s food so we dont have to be arm twisted in to going… but anywho, before kids, I used to drink MD coffee daily as it was near my job. My tastes have matured since those days so I left McDonald’s for places like Starbucks, Einstein’s, etc…
Stopped in this store today and the employee greeted me and poured my $ 1.83 large… good price! The coffee is not that bad really. I feel like I could have purchased this at a QT or Racetrac but all in all, not bad. The store, as mentioned, is not the cleanest and ironically, the trash bins are not marked, so I had to ask where to place my trash (the little creamer cups) to which an employee directed me to an unmarked swinging door, on the side of the stand that holds the napkins, etc… nicely hidden! Derp.
Will I be back? Probably not, but I had to try one more time! Thanks anyway Ronald!
I’m always on the hunt for good coffee in Carrollton. If you have a suggestion, I’m all ears!

Terrible service inside. Playground is dirty and smells bad. No evidence of a manager or anyone who cares. Avoid this McDonald’s.

Man I HATE this location! the people are rude and they ALWAYS FORGET something in my order. Save yourself and go across the street to Wendy’s…

Spoiler alert: COCKROACH
We went for a small breakfast after church, and were pleased that the usual long line with the usual long wait was not there. So we get our stuff, and go to sit in our usual corner. When getting into the booth, I stepped on a humongous cockroach, 2 – 3 inches long. It was upside down and writhing, waving legs and antennae… I asked my husband to tell them that there was this creature under our table, they blew him off. My husband stomped on it again to put it out of its misery, but it was still waving. I figured someone would clean it up so we could have our coffee and food, but they didn’t. I ate with my feet up on a chair.
After I was done eating, I went back to the counter to get this bug taken care of. Had to wait through long line of people to get my turn at the counter chick. I asked to talk to the manager, who turned out to be the person that my husband talked to before. I said you need to get this cockroach from under my table. Blah blah in Spanish to an underling, who came to the table with a rag. When she saw how huge it was, she came back with a broom and swept it into the scoopy thing they use. No apologies, no nothing.
I hope this review stops people from going there. Eeeeeuuuwwww.

This used to be such a great location. Idk what’s happened but I waited about 15 mins for the 2 snack wraps I ordered and still haven’t received them. They did give a coupon for 1 free dollar menu item. And they got my order wrong.

I ordered in the drive thru. I paid at the 2^nd window. The girl gave me a negative look. I asked if there was an issue, she said that I was suppose to pay at the 1^st window. I advised her that there was no one there. She then apologized. When she gave me my change, she dropped some coins and told me (as if I was suppose to be okay with it). I advised her that I would like my change. She looked at me again like I was crazy. She shut the window and begin ranting with her co-​workers about how I wanted my change. Another girl named Kescia came to the window and SHOVED the change in my hand, as she huffed and puffed aloud. I then asked for my receipt; then realized, why the H am I patronizing a business where the workers could care less about the customer. Their tone and overall demeanor was rude, curt and just plain ghetto. Needless to say, I will not be back there!

Drive through service is great. Walk in service is slow. Stood in line alone for 5 minutes before anyone even said hi or anything.
