Polite from beginning to end. Quick service, and they eagerly rectify any small mishap that might occur.
This is NOT your typical auto shop. No cold tile floors, no bare bones waiting area, no uncomfortable plastic chairs, no dust bunnies, not even the trademark grimy coffee machine that you dare not drink from. I noticed a lot of female clientele here and I could easily see why. As a woman I felt very comfortable. Even though I didn’t have my toddler with me, I appreciated that they had snacks and books for kids in the waiting area.
They also offer rides, which is very convenient. The last auto shop I went to, I had to walk to the nearest restaurant to use their WiFi to send for an Über. Wish I would have came here instead.
What really earned this 5 star review was when I overheard one of the staff talking to a young woman (maybe 18 or so) on what to say when she went to her dealership, and basing his advice on what he’d give his own daughter if she was having similar issues with her vehicle. Very cool!

Very polite, professional, and courteous. Didn’t feel they were looking to charge me for things I didn’t need, and even gave me a lift home.

I cannot say enough good things about Christian Brothers. Honest, dependable service. I have brought both my husband’s and my car in on more than one occasion and have always left blown away by the service. They truthfully go above and beyond. I would highly recommend to anyone.

My friend came over and had dinner with my wife and I and ended up having a flat tire. We put some fix a flat in it and drove it over here to have it repaired. The person at the front desk was honest with us and told us that they don’t repair flats but they would be able to take it over to discount tire to be fixed. My friend did not have her wheel lock so they said they were going to have to break the lug nuts off and that was going to be an additional 100 dollars. When we went to pick up the car, they said they weren’t going to charge her anything. They were nice and honest all the way, will definitely be visiting again if I have car issues. The only downside is they are closed on the weekends, I’m a teacher and am only off on the weekends.

Possibly the best car repair experience I have ever had. Honest, quick, exceeded expectations.
I had an unusual problem with my car. Dropped a kid off at soccer and decided to find a near-​by auto repair shop… and start the journey of trying to see when I could get the repair completed, how long it would take and how much money.
I came in about an hour before closing which at most car repair facilities is hustle time to get cars finished up for customers to pick up. It was no different here. Several balls in the air.
However, they asked about my problem. I gave them the key to have a look. They said I could take a seat in the lobby (which was clean… with coffee/​water/​magazines). After about 25 minutes, they called me to the desk. Said car was ready. Like in ready, fixed? Or ready to take home and come back another day?
Well…they looked at the problem and fixed it in 25 minutes. I was so happy. Now, I didn’t have to come back. That alone was very valuable from a time point of view.
Then they presented me with the invoice. Wow. Extremely reasonable. I was expecting to pay much more than what they charged.
Not sure it could have gone better. They are my go-​to auto repair guys now. Finally a place I can trust with my car.

Finally a auto repair shop that values MY time! I called ahead, told them I would arrive in 10 mins. When I walked in already had my work authorization printed, I just signed and then they shuttled me and my 3 little kids home to wait. When I returned my invoice was already printed, I signed the credit card slip and was out the door. May not seem like it’s that hard to have paperwork ready, but with 3 kids in tow I greatly appreciate the little things that make getting in and out go so much faster. And I’ve never been to a repair shop where they had my Paperwork ready both times (arrival
And pickup). They totally understand a busy mom with 3 kids has her mind on a million things and I really appreciated the fact that they cared about making this a smooth and FAST process.

I have bought two vehicles here for service and both times the service was great. Will be using them for all future automotive repair needs. One was a simple oil change and it was performed quickly and the car was ready before they said it would be.
The other service was timing belt change, alignment & oil change. The price was much cheaper than the Toyota dealer and the service was great.
