MV Pet – MVP

I’m super surprised about the former review. I LOVE this place. I can always get little Marie in and the services are for very reasonable prices. She’s always done promptly, and Marie looks so much better than when I drop her off at Woof’n’Play down the street (which is great with dogs in general but never has a good groomer on staff). I came online to see how early I could drop off Marie today, and was shocked indeed to see that anyone had been disappointed! I’ll be going back and often!

I have taken my dog here twice to get groomed. I thought the groomer was very pleasant to deal with and did exactly the cut I asked for. I like that she doesn’t have alot of other dogs in cages all barking while my dog is getting groomed. I would definitely recommend her!

I was extremely disappointed with this place! We brought our dog here because we were looking for a grooming place that was convenient for us to drop our dog off before work. I dropped my dog off in the morning and the lady was cold and robotic. I told her to do a sanitary cut in the back and a Pomeranian cut throughout the rest. She called us about an hour after we dropped our dog off and told us that she was done and we needed to pick her up soon or we would be charged for daycare. I wasn’t happy about this but I understood the reasoning behind it (even though our old place never charged us for that). When we picked up our dog she smelled horrible, even worse that when she went in, even though they said they gave her a bath. She had patches and bald spots around her ears. For the sanitary cut they literally just took clippers and shaved a straight line with no blending.
