Happy to be the first to review Carrollton Animal Services! We adopted our family pup Rosie from here 8 weeks ago. She had only been at the facility a few days and I knew she would get scooped up quickly. Staff was efficient and accommodating. We gladly paid the $ 10 adoption fee and left beaming with our pup. They only give animals one basic shot and the rest is up to you (have a month to return vet paperwork). One employee told us the dogs only get let outside ONCE per day :(I was there one morning and the cages were pretty yucky. This is likely due to lack of volunteers.
