Went and bought Carl’s Junior food for family. Although the employees were well mannered the order got messed up and had me come back into the store and get the chicken strips. I am going to start checking orders before I leave. Came home and their was another western bacon cheeseburger and no fries. Their was no excuse for this mistake. No one was inside but one or two I drive-thru. Simple instructions and they still mess up.

The double western burger is the best… I’ve had this burger in several different states and it hasn’t let me down yet… lol…The menu is diverse with many different items to choose from. Carl’s Jr is mainly a west coast and Midwest restaurant. If you have a chance to stop at one, do it, you wont be disappointed.

Came back after not visiting for 4 months, the staff seemed to have been turned over, at least it was decent for the breakfast hours. Normal hours they mess up our orders frequently however I will go here until they shut em down here because being a CA native, Carl’s Jr. Is my favorite and reminds me of home. Usually my order is correct it’s just my husband can’t catch a break and is allergic to mayo and somehow they always put it on, even when we ordered inside… Come on…

Food is as good as any other location, but out of the handful times I have been there, they have only got my order right once.

Normally inadequately staffed. Severely long waits for order during lunch hour. Food has been decent but a disappointing experience. Pointless trying to bring orders to customer at table when same person has to take new orders and fill working orders and cook fries. Person at the drive through stands around a lot. 1 food prep. So basically they only have 2.5 employees to handle a lunch crowd.

So we came here the day after Halloween November 1st as you can imagine any place that hires a bunch of teenagers going to call in sick the day after Halloween. So of course the dining room is closed and only one manager and one worker are the only people there working the drive-through. Now we did sit in the drive-through waiting for a while because the speaker didn’t work to get a take our order, but once I did get our order in at the window we really didn’t wait that long for food. I feel a little bad for the poor employees but they still did a pretty good job and the food was still pretty good, never have a complaint about Carl’s Jr.‘s food.

Slowest, dumbest, worst service ever. And they’re so stupid to know why they have such little business at this location(and at apparently an increasing number of locations).

They offer great food. The burgers are just awesome. You CANNOT go wrong with Hardees or Carl’s jr. These guys know how to make a good burger. I came here once at night and they were technically still open but no one was taking orders or cooking. Service here is either very good or very bad.

This is a two part review, the food when made properly or similarly to other Carl’s Jr’s I have been to its pretty good. I love the Big Carl and I always upgrade to a fresh baked bun. My kids love the chicken tenders, they make them to order which is better then the frozen kind. The downside is the service at this one, the employees just don’t see me to be enthusiastic. You feel like you are bothering them when you ask for something.

If you like Burger King style burgers, you will love Carl’s Jr. I just LOVE these burgers.

Remember the movie Idiocracy, with its frequent references to Carl’s, Jr? This location’s employees have captured the spirit of that movie perfectly, as they seem entirely unfettered by the constraints of order accuracy, timely delivery, or even the need to use complete words and sentences. For the few minutes I was there, I felt completely immersed in the world of that cult classic, right down to the somewhat glassy-eyed and vapid reactions from the employees when I told them my order was incorrect. Alas, with my lunch time being somewhat limited, I had to cut the amusing Idiocracy experience short, so I asked for a refund and took my business elsewhere.

This place is incredible. Incredibly bad that is service was slow. Food lukewarm. Workers don’t seem to care that you’ve been waiting 20 minutes. I grew up loving this brand but this location is really bad. You ate better off going to a gas station and getting a microwavable burger. You will have a better burger.

I don’t know how you can mess up a burger and fries but I could not finish my food from here. I have never been back. They are slower than any fast food place I know of on top of having bad food.

First time to visit this location. Second time for this restaurant brand. Impressed that they bring the order out to you, and equally impressed that they came out to see if everything was okay. The food, average at best. I had the #2 combo. Burger had good flavor but seemed dry and reheated. French fries; average at best, not the most crisp, with too many really small pieces, like bottom of the bag. Overall; okay food to fill the void and keep your stomach from caving in.

TRULYBAD service, was seen & ignored. Stood at counter for over 4 minutes, according to red LED drive-thru window timer, WITHOUT being greeted or helped by either of two people working. Only 1 other person seated in dining room and only 1 car in drive-thru. Not even a smile, wave, hello or greeting in 4 min. 10:58 am Dec 31 Never returning to Carls Jr. Better choice is Taco Beuno or Burger King one mile west. Somewhere the staff at least acknoledges you instead of looking and looking away. I noticed other reviewers cite same problem going back to 2011. Bad Management.

No other fast food burger is like what they serve here. Flame broiled and delicious! Plus if you are adventurous there always seems to be some crazy new burger to try like the one they have right now the Texas BBQ thick burger, it is a half pound hamburger patty with bbq sauce, cheese, fried onions and jalapenos, and… smoked brisket! But for my money nothing beats the good old double western bacon cheeseburger. There was a time when the staff was slow and the service was suffering, but the past few times that I have been there someone has greeted me right away and everything seemed to be running better.

I always get great burgers from this place. Sometimes it takes a little longer than your average drive through, but I don’t mind waiting for freshness. Love the fresh baked buns and zucchini bites.

Been here a couple times and forgot why I didn’t want to go back the first time. Poorly trained staff. I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. My 3 Chicken Strip combo with medium drink and medium sweet potato fries was $ 7.50. As if the price wasn’t bad enough, the chicken strips were slightly larger than nuggets and they were stale.
