Teddy

I’ve been going to Teddy since it was located on Court St and so have been a loyal customer and seen it change over the years. Clothes are cute but I haven’t been that impressed lately with anything in particular. Seems like a lot of the same stuff that Something Else on Smith carries but with higher prices. And I’m afraid to buy any jewelry there because the earrings and necklaces I’ve purchased in the past have quickly changed color.
My sister and I popped in on Saturday ⁴⁄₁₈ and were disappointed by the lack of involvement of the sales associate there. She basically watched my sister struggle to juggle a bunch of clothes she was going to try on and never asked to start her a fitting room. We were the ONLY ones in there so it’s not like she was busy. We ended up helping ourselves to an open fitting room as she still just sat at the desk ignoring us. Bare minimum interaction with her when my sister actually made a couple purchases. For a shop that has a lot of the same thing as other boutiques in Cobble Hill, the least they can do is provide a decent shopping and customer service experience.
