A bargain basement doctor’s office for those who can’t afford better. I seem to fall into this bracket, so here I go.
It’s not a bad facility altogether, and in many ways the service you get is more personal than that at a hospital. The quality of medical care isn’t the best, though… You get the feeling that they simply don’t have the expertise to correctly deal with anything beyond strep throat.
Many of the staff are bilingual (English and Spanish) reflecting the heavy HIspanic population of Carrboro that they cater to.

This is a local health clinic very near a residential area. It’s a place for those in a lower income bracket to go get regular check ups for themselves and their children. It’s a clean space and some of the staff speak and understand Spanish. You’ll find that there’s a mix of board certified physicians and residents working very closely with them. In some cases, the resident is the «lead» if you will, while the doctor assists and interjects if necessary.
