My family hired Handyman LLC to fix our master bathroom and we could not be happier with the results. He came to fix a major problem in our home and as he was leaving our porch, he had noticed that our lights were gone. Instead of rushing and departing to go to his next job, he stopped to fix our lights as well. Special thanks for the amazing service!

Mark and his team have managed a range of home repairs from rebuilding our back porch to refitting our heating ducts. He is very reliable, responsive and exceeds expectations for every job. I especially like that he asks good questions, we exchange pictures of the projects in advance and that he stands by his work. I wish there were more like him!

Mark is awesome. I had a clogged dishwasher and we scheduled the time via email, he came on time and fixed it within the hour. Mark is friendly, fast, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Mark to my friends and family.

He gets the job done, no matter how small or big the project may be. He is easy to reach and never misses a phone call.

The owner was responsive when I just contacted him. He came and spent a decent time explaining to me what’s needed to fix the problem. He assured me to emali me the quotes the next day. He did not when I followed up with him after 3 days, and said that he was sick and will email me definitely by Wednesday. I called again on Friday to check because I received no email. He said it on the phone that he’d sent it and maybe it was in my spam mailbox (but I don’t have spam mailbox) but will re-​send it to me. I thought that I should give him another chance and waited again, but nothing. I even sent him an email to make sure he’d sent it to the right email address. NOTHING. I am disappointed. I’d rather he just told me that he was busy for my project and I would be okay with that. I even gave him the chance over the phone. Why can’t people just say it like it is and do what they said they will do. On the other hand, I am glad I found this out early and not during the project.

We had a bad experience with this company. The workmanship was of such poor quality that we question the qualifications of this person. We do not recommend them!

Mark and team were fantastic. I called, and within hours they had someone out who fixed our disposal, cleaned the sink, confirmed it all worked, and left no sign they were there. They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonable. DEFINITELY using them for our next repair!

The person who completed the repairs was polite, professional and fast. He made sure we went over everything before he got started, and ended up identifying a few tasks that were missing from the work order. He called Mark and got it cleared up in minutes.
