Food is good. Might be a bit more pricey than it should be. However buyer beware. Twice has my card been charged over the amount. First was double charged and the management didn’t fix it. Second was worse. I signed my carry out receipt for 50.14 and 60.17 showed on my online statement. Well instead of crediting me the kids there just gave my wife a $ 25 gift card. Basically some person stole from me and I could have pressed charges. Also they forgot my bread in my mussels order, so they don’t deserve it. Just pay cash. Especially for carryout! Breadsticks and the chopped salad are great!

I’m from Chicago and I’ve had a ton on pizza in my lifetime. I have to say that the White Devil pizza(we switched the prosciutto for Brussels sprouts) was delicious. Garlic as all get out and I love garlic. We also had the grilled romaine salad and it was really good too. Super nice waiter and staff. Give it a go!

Let me start off by saying, the pizza at this location was better than the downtown location. I had been told to try this location because of that. I loved the pizza and it definitely hit the spot. However, because of the service, I will continue to only go to the downtown location. We walked in at an unusual time. 4:30. We just got done with a big workout, hadn’t eaten all day, so let’s just say, we were hungry. There was only one other couple eating so the place was very quiet. I would expect because they weren’t that busy that the service would be good. Thought wrong. We ordered the mozzarella salad as an appetizer and pizza at the same time. To our surprise, our pizza came out before the appetizer. The pizza looked great but we asked the waiter about the salad. He had forgotten. Didn’t make much an attempt to make that up. We decided to forgo the salad. During our dinner, the waitstaff decided to watch you tube videos right next to our table(they looked like high schoolers). Very loudly. Not the best setting for an enjoyable dinner and as best as I tried to ignore it, this really made my dining experience terrible. The area where this pizzology is located is beautifully perfect. It almost looks like a fake town and I would really love to love this pizzology to go back to this area. Unless the owners hire new waitstaff that care more about representing the restaurant instead of you tube, I will not be back here.

Best Pizza in Indy! We love this location because we can ride our bikes as a family and the service is always amazing! Thanks for joining the neighborhood!

I was not expecting to find artisanal pizza in suburban Indy, but this was excellent. We had great appetizers. The mussels were tasty, the special deviled duck egg was spicy and awesome, and we loved the octopus. The three different pizzas we had were all tasty and we didn’t even venture into making our own(or adding a fresh egg on top). I had the pepperoni risotto for my main and it was fresh and spicy and yummy. And the tuna and egg salad was large, fresh and excellent. The service was a little slow because they were a touch slammed, but they were apologetic and friendly and gracious about it. Definitely a restaurant we will be back to with our family when we are back visiting friends in Zionsville.

Great food and nice service. What else could I ask for? Nothing more than Pizzology’s Charred Green Bean salad(wow, it’s good) and Salsiccia pizza! I was very impressed by the delicious salad with its fresh grilled green beans, beets, and prosciutto. Fantastic! It was hard to top, but the Salciccia pizza did it. Perfectly browned crispy crust and great toppings. The giardiniera was excellent and savory, and the sausage was amazing. My husband and I nearly fought over the leftovers the next day. :)

Always great, but today had one exception. One of the best risottos anywhere is the mushroom risotto at pizzaology. I had the Saint pizza and it was simple yet delicious. Thought I would try the carbonara for a change and was disappointed. Chef, way way too many capers. Over powered the pancetta and everything else.

This place has been recommended to me from a few friends, so I was excited to finally give it a try with my wife. It’s located in the heart of the village of West Clay, an absolutely gorgeous neighborhood. Upon entering we were promptly greeted and sat in the bar area as requested. The first thing I noticed was the outrageous liquor prices. Fortunately for them I ordered a beer anyways. For a place that calls themselves a pub, their beer list was seriously lacking, one of the smallest I’ve seen. After we got our beers, our warm ricotta appetizer arrived. Gooey ricotta, truffle oil, and fresh oregano leaves blended together in perfect harmony. Served with seemingly grilled dough triangles, it was good. My only complaint, the ricotta was very underseasoned. My guess is that zero salt was added, pretty disappointing. The appetizer could have been better. I had read before our arrival that the homemade sausage was to die for, so that was next on my list. I ordered one of their pizzas with the homemade sausage on it, and I have to say that, too, was disappointing. Once again very under seasoned, but boy was there fennel. I did enjoy the pizza, but it wasn’t even as good as the app. I’ll go back at some point to try some new things off the menu. In the meantime, I urge the kitchen to pay attention to detail. Always taste your product before you serve it.

This is a great place to have close to home. We had the mussels, they were delicious and properly cleaned, no grit. I can’t wait to return and try the grilled octopus.

Good pizza, horrible service. Very understaffed on a Saturday night. One of the pizzas came with wrong toppings. Waited and waited for drink refills. Nothing to serve the pizzas with. Not impressed.

Really good service. Glass of wine, warm ricotta dip and mushroom pizza. Obviously off my diet. Well worth it!

Another great experience, just like at their Mass Ave location. This area of New Market St. in Carmel is a beautiful area, where new buildings have been constructed with East Coast and American Craftsman architecture. The restaurant is situated in a lovely«old town» type of building. Our server immediately introduced himself, and informed us that his mission was to provide us with outstanding service that night(a very nice touch). He lived up to it, and so did the pizza. Te breadsticks are always phenomenal too. I highly recommend giving this Pizzology a try if you haven’t already.

I’m going to go 3 stars and say they get a chance to go higher. The pizza is, just like at the other pizzology locations, really good. I’ve also liked the salads I’ve had. Now for the constructive criticism. I like the place, but the service was a bit strange both times. Nothing overtly bad, but not quite what I want. And… the décor and layout leaves a something to be desired. The bar area is a little too long and narrow and the main dining room is a bit too plain. I like this place and want it too succeed, especially because it’s close to me and offers good stuff, so I offer this as food for thought. It can, and I think will, get better.

We’re been here twice for dinner. The restaurant is in the middle of village of west clay. A little hard to find. It’s cozy inside with what looks to be some outside seating when warmer. I like sitting in the bar area. Good selection of wine and beer, Monday night is half price bottle of wine night. We split a full size chop salad which was huge. We also had a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The pizzas are big, we brought two large pieces home. They also have pasta dishes and appetizers.

Pizzology is finally closer to home so we tried it last night. Consistency was key here and I was not disappointed. The orecchiette had some nice heat to it with the red chilis. The Salsicca pizza also had the red chilis and that definitely brought on the heat. But it was a good thing. Good pizza! The four cheeses pizza is always a good bet. No inconsistency here. A suggestion… teach the staff how to pronounce the menu items. Our server struggle with orecchiette and my wine selection. We enjoyed our evening though. Thanks Neil for bringing Pizzology closer to Westfield.

The best pizza around. The breadsticks are a great kept«secret.» They’re not on the menu, but they are fantastic!

We frequent the pizzology on the east side of Carmel, and were happy to hear one was opening in our neighborhood. We understand it was its opening week, but found it needs considerable work to meet the standards of the east side pizzology. First, addressing the positives, we were seated promptly in an attractive area of the restaurant, and our server was quick to take our order. Unfortunately, that is where our positive experience ended. We ordered beers, one of which was soured(which was not subtracted from the bill until we asked after sending it back), the other beer brought to the table was fine. After a long wait, our salad arrived, albeit at the same time as the pizza. We then waited for the plates to come to the table. The plates were hot which was great for the pizza, not so great for the salad. The inside of the pizza was soggy and undercooked. We enjoy a charred crust, which this pizza had, but with a charred crust you expect the center potion not to be soggy. Overall, we hope this place makes it and look forward to coming back soon for a better experience, but feel it needs a great deal of work to do.

Ordered the warm spinach salad and a ricotta and pancetta pizza to go last night and boy were we disappointed. We live close to this location so we had high hopes this would be our go-to place. The salad was basically spinach and a couple of cherry tomatoes with a glob of poached egg, we think, and powerful onions(not listed as part of the salad on the menu) for the stiff price of $ 10 while the medium pizza was soggy in the middle with a burned crust. Total bill was over $ 33. We will pay more because of the location but not for this kind of quality.
