Not bad as far as fro-​yo places go. It’s clean and there are generally about 8 – 10 different flavors to choose from. The toppings include candy bar pieces, granola, candy, fruit, and sprinkles.
I appreciate that they have a loyalty program– buy 9 and get the 10th free! hold onto your cards!

I work right down the street at Discovery Children’s Dentistry, me and my coworkers love coming here! Bill is always so nice and friendly! The frozen yogurt is amazing and tons of topping to choose from. Cant forget to mention the guessing the weight game is such a cool idea.

I brought my kids here yesterday after a hair cut and they enjoyed it. Nothing super special but the choices of yogurt and toppings are decent. Prices seem to be a little higher than what we normally pay at a local chain froyo shop. Not sure we’d frequent this location but it works in a pinch.

This is my third time eating here and I gotta say I love this place! Soooo good especially the cake batter confetti! The girls that work here are so friendly and I like it when Maria is working because she goes out of her way to help me decide on a flavor since I’m so indecisive. Haha. I want to bring my doggie here sometime because this place is awesome and provide water bowls for your furry babies! Did I mention that Maria is awesome too?! Haha. If you ask me, this place beats out pinkberry and yogurtland. I love the huge variety of favors and toppings to choose from, hence why I have such a hard time deciding what I want! :)

Decided to give this place another try hoping they would listen to some of the other reviewers but nothing has changed. Still lack of non fat yogurt choices as mentioned in my past review. Also, as Priscilla wrote in her review below, the same unfriendly employees who were more busy talking to each other and their friends in the shop tonight rather then to their paying customers. It’s time to hire people who are a little more outgoing.

My kids like coming here… me, not so much. The employees don’t seem to like their job very much. No smile let alone a greeting when you walk through the door.
I’m a huge fan of tart froyo, except this one. It’s very sour. I prefer Menchies for froyo or Narvalo for ice cream. Menchies has better tasting froyo and nicer, happier employees.
I do like that they have a loyalty card that gets you a free cup of froyo after a certain number of punches on your card. Although I’m less than 5 minutes away we’ve only managed to get through 2 cards in a couple years. We’re on our 3rd card at Narvalo which is a lot further from us and has only been in business for a few months.
I’ll continue to come in when my children insist since it’s the closest one to our home, but I really hope they either hire new employees or re-​train the ones they’ve got now.

I sampled a couple of the flavors, and some were really runny and too sweet, doesn’t have the right consistency or taste.
The line is also hectic, half a dozen children running around, their parents unable to tame them. So it took a while to get yogurt, because the kids would cut then the parents would just go in front of us too, which is inevitable because the place is ‘xtremely’ small to begin with.
Moving on. not pleased with any of their ‘xtremely’ sweet yogurt flavors, I opted for the plain tart– which is my go to. Except this one tasted very bland with a hint of dish soap. I didn’t taste tart whatsoever. All of the fruit toppings were covered in syrup which is gross. The strawberries & blueberries were over ripened and also the blackberries were mashed.
I just don’t think I’m ever coming back here.

I went in one time and was happy to see Just Tart but was pretty annoyed by the fact that their service was so bad. No greetings to anyone that walked in (I sat in there for a while), when I went to pay I received zero eye contact from the two girls just sitting there talking to their friend on the other side if the counter, completely ignoring their customers, and the only words that came out of the girls mouth towards me was the price of my yogurt. I’m not asking for much, just maybe a hello, or thank you, or have a nice day. Anything.

Overly sweet, weakly flavored, typical soft serve stuff. I don’t know why they call it yoghurt, since it’s really not. Maybe it sounds as if it’s healthier than ice cream, which is not.
They use a pretty neat trick: you serve yourself from the machines, and then put on toppings from a huge array of choices. The cups available are two sizes. The smaller of the two is quite large and quite deep. So one tends to put more in the cup than one would if the cup were smaller, and less deep. The price us determined by the weight, so they end up selling pretty large quantities.
As with any soft serve product, eat it fast, before it melts, otherwise you see the watery slurry that this stuff really is.
Small wonder people are getting fat!

Had the original tart. Bad. It was sour. Just moved here from orange county — I miss Yogurtland. Btw, I dont see their prices but it feels much more expensive. Hope theres a better frozen yogurt place in Carlsbad.

HIGHLIGHTS: sample cups readily available
While I’m glad there’s a froyo spot in this shopping center, the flavors offered didn’t do much for me. There were probably ~8 flavors, some of which were: lemon cake batter (weird), eggnog (not bad), chocolate, peanut butter, NY cheesecake (good), and a fruity mango/​something (also good). The toppings bar was stocked well, and had all of the usual toppings. I did like that the small sample cups were placed next to the cups you make your concoction with, and not behind the counter. The place seemed to be kept clean, which I can appreciate.

I have been coming here since they opened. I have to say this place had improved. I love that the have guess the weight and other fun things you can do to get free yogurt.(during certain hours) this location is very vlean and the staff is very friendly. The outside tables allow for extra seating. They have water bowls available for dogs too.
The options for toppings are perfect. Fresh fruit, dry toppings, and sryups. My personal favorite are the mini vanilla waffers.
They have a loyalty card program! Dont forget to get one for free fro yo!

I ended up trying the red velvet, chocolate and peanut butter cup with Oreo cookies. IMO, the froyo was watery in comparison to others I’ve tasted. I wasn’t really impressed with the flavor offerings.
I was missing my usual pineapple topping, but they did have kiwi and strawberries.
They had strawberry poppers (mini boba) and when you chomp down on them, strawberry juices squirt out. YUM!!!

Even though I live very close to this new froyo shop, it’s taken me awhile to actually step foot into it.
Friends and I were shopping in the area and decided to stop in to check it out. The store location is perfect for those in Carlsbad living in the Bressi Ranch or Rancho Carrillo areas. This is in the same shopping center as Peets, Trader Joe’s, Stater Bros and several other restaurants.
Great selection of yogurt and toppings and everything I tried was delicious. I’m more into the tart and sorbets and I sampled and included nearly all of them in my final cup. We took our yogurt to the nearby grassy area and enjoyed under a tree. It was a perfect little treat during a warm afternoon.
The owner and those working the counter were very also nice and personal. I would definitely be coming back more often since it’s so close to home.
