I interviewed with a woman named Marina, she was very unprofessional and kept yelling across the room to her other associate. In addition, she pulled up a resume and it wasn’t even mine! Yeah not a great group to represent you professionally at all!

This Temp agency is the best I’ve come to work through & I have worked through 2 prior. Marina Amaral was very nice& helpful and helped me get this Job alot quicker than I expected. I sent her my resume, she called me to set up an interview 2 days later and started a week and a half later. She was aslo very caring and checked up on me to make sure I liked the job and helped me whenever I had any questions (which was alot in the beginning).I love my job and the pay is good and i would def recommend this to my friends and fam who are looking for a job!

I completely agree with the above Yani Vega’s posting. Find a better company to work with, don’t waste your time with this one, because it is impossible to get any information from them. Bad, bad, bad communication! No response at all!

I was contacted by Yani Vega via email. Yani has tried to set me up for an interview with someone named Marina. I wasn’t contacted by Marina because it is below her to contact people she is going to interview. Cathy Rengal was nowhere to be found. The other reviews raved about her. When I walked in to find out more about Eastridge Yani at the front counter would let me speak to anyone else. They seem like they are hiding things. Every time I asked for someone I was told I need an appointment and couldn’t even find anything out about anyone who worked there. Basically they want to find out a lot of info about you but do not allow you to do your homework about the company for which says they are trying to find work for you. They want you on contract but you are not allowed to know anything about them. The people who interview are to good to speak with you themselves and they are the ones you are supposed to trust.
This makes me think that that they are making a lot of money off of you and they don’t want you to find out. Seems to be what a lot of the larger companies are doing now. There are a lot of great staffing agencies out there that are transparent. I am using two and it is keeping me busy 6 days a week. Both companies are willing to give info about themselves and both even allow you to speak to the owner if there is an issue. If there is an issue it is resolved within hours.
While I was in the office waiting. There were several people who came in for problems that happened on there assignment and nobody was available to help them. They were put off for about 30 minutes each before they finally left. One of which said it was the last straw because this is the 3 time and he was tired of it taking 2 weeks to resolve a payment issue.
You cannot trust this company. Everything they do seems to be to deceive. If you want a good company check reviews and find someone who treats clients, employees & Companies, with respect and transparency. This will be worth it. With a great agency you will get paid and be able to resolve issues immediately. This will make it great for a company or an employee looking to use the services.

I only worked for Eastridge for a short time but they always treated me like a long term employee. Cathy Rangel and the supporting staff helped me to get hired quickly and were always prompt in helping me when I had questions. Thank you again, Eastridge Group!

This temp agency is great. I’ve been working with them on and off since 2004. Even with very little experience at the beginning, Cathy Rangel was able to find me work shortly after submitting my resume. The interview process is very simple. They ask basic questions and as long as you’re professional throughout, they’ll quickly find you a job. They’re swift on keeping constant communication with employers and their clients.
I highly recommend going to this agency to find work.

The best employment agency I’ve been to; prior to coming here I was super depressed (an understatement, actually) and running low on funds. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect since I have had bad luck with Temecula Appleone and Eastridge Light in Mira Mesa, but Cathy Rangel (who is super nice and SO helpful) has been able to get me assignments in lightning speed, even within this horrible economy. Wow! I didn’t think I could especially since I was on the job market for almost a year! And my assignments have been great so far; I practically LOVE the one I’m currently in.
Everyone in the office is nice. It’s a little hard to find since it’s located among the corporate hills of Carlsbad (plus the building is a bit out of the way along the streets).
You will have to fill out some paperwork along with references and the like. But definitely try this place out if you have reasonable office experience and are in search of work.
I can’t really say much, but I just wanted to give a shoutout to this great temp agency who obviously cares about placing their clients… too bad I can’t say the same for the others I’ve been to!
