The Carlsbad office of PrideStaff was the second location in San Diego to be opened in 2004. This location serves all of North County. We specialize in clerical, administrative, customer service, finance and accounting and manufacturing.

This review is to shed some light on a wonderful Agent at Pridestaff named Jessica Mendez. She has diligently found me excellent work since i met her last August. I will also say that she is a very hard worker and always keeps in contact throughout an entire hiring process. I have never been left in the dark while working with her. I would recommend anyone to visit Pridestaff, and ask for Jessica Mendez. If she isn’t there the office is filled with talented agents that care about finding employment for everyone qualified.

As Temp agencies go I would recommend Pridestaff for Temporary assignments. They will continue to keep presenting opportunities to you. I would love to share that I had a temporary assignment go permanent. Temporary seems to be the new normal in this current economy.

Very professional agency. I have also registered with many agencies and I never hear back from them. They (other agencies) get you in there with false postings just to fill quotas, and then you never get another call back. Pridestaff is very thorough and won’t even send you on the interview until they check your references.

This place is great! I submitted my resume and set up an initial interview two days later. The agency sent me on an interview at an exceptional business the very next day and I was offered the position 30 minutes after I left the interview! If you are serious about finding work, you should contact them.
