Well for starters Tanya and Jacquelyn were so great! They were so knowledgeable and helpful. I went into the store with a broken phone and walked out with a new phone in record time. They both helped me pick out the right phone for the right price. They walked through the phone with me and taught me a bunch of tricks. If your in need of any phone help do yourself a favor and see these two ladies you will not be disappointed. Thanks again for your all your help.

The guy $ 10/​hr + commission guy who makes cat calls to the women who walk by should get fired.
Its the same douche that calls you by saying «Ay, Come here!» as if it’s going to win my business.
Message to owner of this kiosk: Fire this guy. Best Buy Mobile is a few stores down, they have sprint phones too, and they’re not rude.

My sister and I purchased phones from this place in Oct of 2012, we worked directly with the district manager, Troy. It has been nothing but a pain my ***. Every month something is wrong with our bill. The lack of communication between employees in ridiculous. No one is ever on the same page. Do not go here. Rip off. They didn’t even transfer my apple care over to my new phone (already having issues with both of our phones). Sprint says they are a 3rd party distributor, but what does that have anything to do with my Sprint account? Ridiculous.

One of the employees is a douchebag, I asked one guy can you downgrade the htc evo view android operating system, than some other guy walked over and said «No you can’t!» so than i confirmed it by saying «so no??» than he got even more douchey and said «i already told you no!» total unpolite moronic douchebag.
