Very convenient. We sent Luke photos of the bumper damage to our Volt and got a good quote right away. He was able to come directly to our house the next day. Professional work and a great price for such a complete job. Much cheaper than going to a dealership or collision shop. Car looks good as new! Definite recommend.

Luke did a fantastic job. I had run into (slowly) a concrete trash can which left a ton of little nicks in the bumper, now my bumper looks brand new. Not only that but his pricing was very reasonable and I even accidentally gave him too much money and he immediately called me back to ask if it was a mistake and then brought the money back. Complete class act! I cannot wait to tell my friends and clients about his work. It makes me look good when I can recommend someone who provides such a great service. At the least he will be back to fix my wife’s bumper.

Very honest man, called for a quote on my 2015 Tundra, which was keyed, and he told me that a body shop would be the best route and not to trust any mobile auto shop as it would be to difficult and not an adequate job. Thank you!

This is a long overdue review of Luke and Scratch & Scuff Mobile Bumper Repair, but better later than not at all.
I bought a certified pre-​owned Mercedes-​Benz and took delivery on Saturday, January 10. I got a scuff not three weeks later when I didn’t pull the car far enough into a garage and the door rubbed up against the rear bumper. Absolutely maddening!
I called Luke and he met me at my office on a Friday morning (February 6). Luke quickly repaired the damage (which was minimal) and now I can’t find where it was scratched. Luke told me that while he had originally thought the repair would be $ 275, he would only charge me $ 100. I wrote him a check and thanked him for his time and professionalism.
Luke did a terrific job and while he could have charged me the full $ 275 he quoted me (and I’d have gladly paid it), he ultimately charged me less than half (actually only 36%) of that amount. I believe that actions speak louder than words. Luke’s actions told me, and should tell you, more about the kind of service provider that he is than words ever could.

Luke has done work for me on three separate vehicles over several years. In every single instance, his work has been absolutely flawless. The scratches and dents vanished and the metallic paint matched perfectly. Metallic paint can be difficult to match, unless you are very skilled. His work is a bargain in comparison to what a auto body shop would charge, not to mention the fact that he comes to you. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation and have done so with many of my friends and acquaintances. When he completes his work, your bumpers will look brand new.

Just like it’s important not to judge a book by it’s cover, so you cannot necessarily judge a service by it’s reviews (being they can be bought). At first I was surprised, given some of the reviews I read about Luke that I didn’t have a more positive experience, but to be fair, I didn’t get the chance to experience his work, as he didn’t give me the opportunity to. So this review is only based on his attitude. I can’t fault him for not being a humanitarian or caring a rats ass about someone he doesn’t know. The sad thing is though that I could have given him several well-​paying referrals. I contacted him since I was only a few minutes drive from the address he listed on Unilocal,told him I could bring the car to him, as he had asked me to text him photos on a bumper than got damaged and «unhooked» during a severe tire blow-​out. He texted back asking what kind of ‘cat’ it is… I was sure he meant ‘car’, so send him back the info. The next text: «I’m not sure I’m the right guy for this. I charge $ 300 minimum. Mostly I do newer, high end cars. I can reattach and paint.» I texted back asking how much it would be and if he ‘wasn’t the right guy’, whether he had a recommendation, and didn’t received a response. I texted & called again, leaving a short but courteous message for a return call & asking if I could bring car to him or get that estimate. It’s been a couple of weeks. No response. I guess I wasn’t a high-​end enough customer. So, for what it’s worth, don’t take your car to him unless you want to pay at least $ 300 for the repair and have a ‘high-​end’ car. If both of those are in order, he’ll probably work with you and you might be happy with his work and price. But based on the conversation on the phone and his car-​side manner, I wasn’t impressed and would probably refer my contacts elsewhere.

I have nothing but the very highest praise for Luke’s great service. He was on time, took care of my small project and did an amazing job. You would need an electron microscope to try and find the few areas that he repaired. He even reduced his quoted price because he said that he in all good conscience could not charge what he had originally asked for! How’s *that* for integrity and professionalism! Thank you Luke. I will refer business your way — for sure!

Luke is a master with his trade. Bumper repair is excellent. Had a license plate tattoo on the bumper of my new Porsche from getting rear-​ended, and he fixed it perfectly. I was a little skeptical initially since this was a new car, but would not hesitate ever again to use his services. Low to high end cars, he does them all. 10 stars for quality, value, and service.

Luke rocks! I need to turn my leased Infiniti G37 in next month and had an unsightly abrasion on the bumper. Luke took care of it like magic! He is VERY responsive to inquiries, showed up when he said he would and the bill came in under budget. He will be my go-​to guy for these things now. I’d highly recommend him!

After a fence thought it would be fun to hit my truck, I was forced, once again, to find a good bumper repair business. After several calls, it was clear that Luke was the most professional and knowledgeable out there. We set up an appointment, and he was at my house early. He assessed the damage and got right to work. I was amazed at how he took his time to make sure it was perfect. And it was. I’d highly recommend Luke to anybody that wants a professional job done right the first time. I’ve already referred him to two of my friends that were looking for bumper repair.

This review has been a long time coming. Luke has been fixing my cars for well over 12 years. He has fixed every car I have owned. From my 2004 Acura CL, to my a 2007 Mercedes C240 to a 2006 CLS 55 AMG Mercedes, 2008 Toyota 4 Runner to my 2008 BMW M6. Did I miss a car? He is a master craftsman of his trade. Bar none. Luke did an excellent job for me and I would highly recommend him to all. I bought a used car with some minor bumper dents — license plate creases, and some small scratches on different locations of the car. He buffed out nearly everything, skillfully matched the rear bumper paint as I’d hoped for, and my car now feels new again! Definitely call and you’ll be happy you did. Thank you!
