History

Established in 2008.

Shannon was certified through Power Pilates, the Harvard of Pilates Education in 2007. After successfully making a lot of money for other instructors she went on her own and opened her first studio in Orange County. Following that, she ran another popular studio in Hillcrest, San Diego. Life brought Shannon to Houston and then Atascocita, Tx and for the next 3 years she ran lucrative businesses with very happy clients. However, missing that California sun she has returned. She now is living happily (and has no intention of moving ;)) in Carlsbad, Ca and is thrilled to announce her new studio, Pilates in Aviara.

Power Pilates certified. Has worked along side the ever so popular Pilates guru, Mari Winsor and Sheri Berkowitz. Studied and began working in Beverly Hills with now, over 7 years experience. Continued Education training along with learning more with every new body that comes through her door.
