I generally like Panda Express for what it is. Unfortunately this place was only okay. I had the orange Chicken and Peppered chicken. Mine was okay. Fresh enough, plentiful and had an adequate taste. My wife had the Beef Broccoli. The broccoli was old and wilted. Sort of turned us off to this place.

If this is the panda in Vons I wish I could give zero stars! The orange/blond hair girl there is so rude, worst customer service ever! Then there was this older lady that was lifting the pans up and pouring this liquid from a bottle under the pans, but she wasn’t pouring it gently! She was letting it splash and the chemicals were getting all over the food! They all need to find another job. Preferably one not having to work with people or food. Last time coming to this location

I concur with the posts, the employees who work here are so rude, it is ridiculous. It seems they need to be retrained on customer service. No greeting, no smile, no friendly attitude, no thanks, they always act very bothered.

If this is the Panda inside Vons it is the Worst! It used to be ok, like the other Panda stores. The last 3 – 4 times I’ve been in here they were out of half the food on the menu and what they did have was stale. Last night was the last time I’ll eat there. Instead of cycling the food they just leave it til some sucker buys it. The dish I got as literally inedible, it was obvious it had been sitting in a tray under a heat lamp for many hours, at least. I don’t know if these are franchises but this one sucks!

So Panda is Panda and always will be Panda. Everyone knows what your getting when u come in and this is just another Panda Express that keeps the franchise alive with their delicious food. Of course, everyone should know that this is not even close to real chinese food and most of the selections are very bad when it comes to nutrition. But that all goes out the window once you get a hold of your first piece of that awesome Orange Chicken! Now be clear they pack on the fried rice and it is a hefty meal!!! In a way worth it but if by chance I do end up eating the whole thing Im usually regretting it later… :)

This is an adequate location to get cheap Chinese food. The food is fairly fresh and gets cycled through fairly often. The service is average. I don’t really have much to say about this location other than it is exceedingly average.

The food is fine… Panda is fresh and good experience usually. But this store recently hired a super poor excuse for an employee and she acts like she works in a prison food line. She splashes the food down and acts rushed and annoyed with no one else in line. Hire better people Panda, cause your food is great. I’ll keep going back cause its the closest Panda Express to my office.

I never tasted the food. Why? Because the people who work there are kinda slow. I called to get directions and my GPS was not working. I must have called 5 times. Once they gave me the address. Then the english impaired person told me they were in front of the mall. I queried, across the street from the mall? or on the same side? Then she said same side as the mall not on the side of Bank of America… etc(They are located in VONS at the Bank of America shopping center.) Ya think they could have said they were in the supermarket?
