History

Established in 2011.

As the President of my homeowner’s association, I quickly realized that finding a good property management company can be very difficult. Even the best management companies were only focused on maintaining our existing structures and offered very little help in the way of long-​term solutions or improvements.

After obtaining my law degree and working with many homeowner’s associations and community members, I decided to start my own management company focused on providing long-​term solutions and costs savings.
