I have been working with Mike for 20+ years initially for my car insurance and then later my home. I have had nothing but a great experience with Mike and recently had water damage to my home which they took care of promptly. State Farm has been great to work with, but I have to say my favorite part is my agent Mike. He is really helpful and I highly recommend him to anyone!

I was recently looking to insure my home and automobiles and was referred to Mike through a friend. Brianna at his office was extremely helpful, providing me with a variety of different options and quotes. Mike returned my calls almost immediately and I’m very pleased wit the money I’m saving by switching to State Farm. I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone I know with insurance needs, which is pretty much everyone!

If you are looking to purchase a new home and need homeowner’s insurance I would keep your options open dealing with Mike Giblin’s insurance agency. We needed our insurance updated to show an effective date of the date we had to fund the loan due to our lock expiring and did not hear back from Mike’s office at all. Their office hours state 9:00 AM and no one was able to pick up the phone lines until after 10:00 AM. I will definitely give our clients who were purchasing the new home a heads up about their insurance agent and the poor service we received from them. Terrible.

We’ve been with Mike over 20 years, and their agency’s service — all employees — has been nothing short of wonderful. They’ve always been available to advise our family members, and processed our wildfire claim immediately. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
