My daughter and I have gone to her for years, She is very professional and never disappoints. Not the cheapest but the best.

I have been going to Mahin for almost 15 years. As a professional I need tailoring of designer suits, let alone she can make a less expensive suit look high end due to her tailoring skills. She has never let me down. Mahin is highly skilled and her shop is welcoming and is my second home. Though I have moved out of the area I drive 45 minutes to her shop as I have found no tailor as talented. She works on suits, knit wear, custom suits, repairs and fixes others mistakes, Wedding, and casual wear, she truly dresses me and is always timely. There are thousands of tailors but when you need someone educated and talented in the art of tailoring you need a true tailor not just someone in a dry cleaning shop with a sewing machine who can hem. She advises me in what suit cuts work best and I always take her advice when tailoring or purchasing new suits.
If you need a refined tailor, please note she is not inexpensive but what you receive is worth every penny. A lovely woman and a lovely shop. I don’t hesitate to give her 5 stars and if I could give more i would, highly reccomended.

This shop recently moved to Palomar Airport Road — by Chase Bank. I went into her shop to get measured to order my wedding dress, and see her work to use her for future alterations. She measured me SO wrong (got remeasured at a bridal store a month later) that my wedding dress is going to come in 5 – 8 inches to big, depending on the area. WHAT?! IF you cannot even measure me no way you will ever take a needle to my dress. Wonder if she bumped up my measurements to guarantee business? I will never step a foot in that store again.

When I asked the lady where she was from she said «Persia» which is fine but then why didn’t she just say Iran? After I asked her that she had a chip on her shoulder for the rest of the visit. Sorry but if you have an accent people are going to wonder where you are from. Especially if your English is not that good. It is human nature lady!
Then she charged waaaaay too much for what needed to be done. Very pricey place and I never returned because I felt terrible on both visits upon leaving.
