We have been Carlsbad residents since 1996 and our family loves it here! We have been involved in the community for a long time working with and sponsoring Carlsbad Youth Baseball, Carlsbad Softball Association, Valley Surf Team and the Carlsbad High Hockey Team. We put three kids through the Carlsbad Unified School District and still work with CHS and Carlsbad Education Foundation in their fundraising efforts. We love this place!

I am so grateful for Hugh Kollar and State Farm Insurance. After experiencing problems with another insurance company I had been with for over a decade, I started shopping around. I needed to make a change quick! Hugh took the time to explain the difference between stock and mutual insurance companies, which really helped me understand the problem I was dealing with. I didn’t need to look any further. The office staff completed all paperwork processing the very next day.
Oh, and they were able to double the coverage that I had with that other company (Mercury) and lower my premium!!! (WHAAATTT!!! Like, when does that ever happen?!) My only regret is that I didn’t contact this company a decade ago. Thank you Hugh, Lorie and Julie!!!

Your team rocks! A company in downtown San Francisco hired me to do a photo shoot today. They didn’t realize that vendors require proof of insurance to get in the building, and I was stuck in the security office. I then made a call, and Lori assisted me immediately and provide a proof of insurance to the building management. The photo shoot was successful because of your team.

Hugh and his team are so helpful and caring. We are a young married couple unsure of what we wanted and Hugh helped guide us and set us up with retirement and health insurance that is best for us. He is honest and we really trust what he helped us decide on. We are very happy with what we have with Hugh and if we ever have questions he is always available and quick to respond. They’re easy to deal with and they couldn’t be in a better location!!! A beautiful office in a gorgeous spot in Carlsbad.

I have been working with Hugh Kollar’s State Farm office for about 10 years and I would not trust anyone else with my business. I use them for all of my personal as well as my business; cars, house, business liability, worker’s comp… the list goes on.
If I ever have a claim/​issue it is ONE phone call and I am done. Once I make that phone call to Hugh’s office I don’t have to worry about the issue getting resolved and i can focus on running my business!

I love State Farm! Hugh Kollar’s office is just off of carlsbad village drive with their own parking lot. Hugh gave me a better rate for my salon’s business insurance then I was paying from previous insurer & BETTER coverage. I have State Farm for my (2)car, business, life and renters insurance! His office is beautiful and fits right in the beach community. Would highly recommend Hugh for all your insurance needs.
