The large open main area has panoramic ocean views and cool ocean breezes, travertine tile, comfortable seating, and a 70″ flat screen. The stainless steel gourmet kitchen has a Five Star professional range, a marble corner fireplace, and an oversized center island with a gorgeous one-​piece granite top. The rustic dining table comfortable seats 12, and is versatile for many uses.

The game room is complete with a wet bar, 8′ professional Olhausen pool table, 70′ mounted flat screen, and travertine fireplace.

There is a seven-​seat sound proof home Theater with reclining leather chairs and old-​fashioned popcorn cart-​style machine. Directly off the game room is a large, multi-​purpose outdoor deck.
