I have been in the Home Improvement industry for over twelve years. Residential Sunroom and Room Additions for seven of those, and I adore the Remodeling market. I am a huge believer in customer service-it’s the most basic concept, but such an important foundation for a successful company. Over the years I’ve noticed so many businesses in this industry that excel in other areas, but just can’t seem to get their customer service right-​and I’ve learned from their mistakes. BEST isn’t perfect at it, no one is; but we try our upmost to stand out in the industry for our communication style, our honest and direct answers, and attention to detail with our clients. It is so fun to assist our clients’ in picking out room designs, and creating custom additions for them-​I wouldn’t want to be in any other industry!
