Clarion Embers Hotel & Convention Center

You people that write all these negative reviews are a sideshow all to yourselves … You pay a cheap price for a hotel room and expect the ritz Carlton in NYC … This hotel is worn and needs renovation I’ll admit, HOWEVER, it was not that bad for $ 56 on a Saturday night !! The bar and bar staff were excellent and the food in the restaurant was awesome … The indoor pool and pool area were first class … Any employee I delt with during my stay were polite, friendly, and professional… I make 100,000 a year and I’ve stayed at $ 200 a night hotels that were worse than this place … In conclusion, don’t be so snobby and write a bad review cause you paid a cheap rate and were disappointed when it wasn’t fancy with people kissing your a#% !!!

We had thanksgiving dinner here today, and the service and food were lousy. The food was not hot, had too wait 10 minutes for our drinks. Coffee grounds in my cup of coffee, second cup was worst with grounds. We told the manager our complaints but she seem to not care. Never again, don’t recommend this place. Paid $ 22. a person, not worth it.

This property is really a disappointment. Smells musty, rooms are dirty, beds hard and pillows old and flat. No in room movies, Internet was out restaurant is terrible.
I can say nothing good about this hotel.
